Armando Mart\u00ednez Manr\u00edquez asisti\u00f3 en compa\u00f1\u00eda de su esposa, la C.P. Rossy Luque de Mart\u00ednez, presidenta del Sistema DIF local.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durante dicho encuentro organizado por el ITAVU, el delegado de esta dependencia estatal en Altamira, Lic. Carlos Armando Cervantes Morales brind\u00f3 la bienvenida a las autoridades all\u00ed reunidas, indicando que por instrucciones del gobernador constitucional del Estado, Dr. Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya se le ha brindado celeridad a respaldar la seguridad patrimonial de quienes se acercan a los diversos ITAVU de la zona.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En referido evento, fueron entregados 10 t\u00edtulos de liberaci\u00f3n de escrituras a familias que ya concluyeron el pago de sus predios, mismos que se encontraban detenidos. De igual formal, se entregaron seis escrituras de propiedad a un igual n\u00famero de beneficiarios; cinco personas fueron tambi\u00e9n acreedoras de lotes de terreno en el fraccionamiento Unidos Avanzamos, a la par que fueron entregadas cartas de asignaci\u00f3n de lotes habitacionales en las colonias Altamira Sector II, Am\u00e9rico Villarreal y Montes de los Olivos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstas acciones que promueve nuestro gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya en el marco de los primeros cien d\u00edas de su gobierno son sumamente significativas, ahora los beneficiarios de este programa podr\u00e1n tener una certeza patrimonial, una seguridad social que podr\u00e1n heredar a sus hijos y eso cambia y transforma la vida de las familias\u201d, expres\u00f3 el jefe edilicio durante su intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, en representaci\u00f3n del Dr. Am\u00e9rico Villarreal, el Ing. Germ\u00e1n Fern\u00e1ndez Guzm\u00e1n, coordinador de delegaciones del ITAVU expres\u00f3 que todas aquellas personas que tienen resguardado un lote o vivienda, y que por motivo de la pandemia no han podido brindarle el seguimiento adecuado a su situaci\u00f3n particular, se implementar\u00e1n importantes condonaciones de intereses con el objetivo de que puedan tener un apoyo en su econom\u00eda. Por tanto, exhort\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda en general a acercarse a las oficinas del ITAVU m\u00e1s cercanas a sus localidades para poder informarse m\u00e1s acerca de este beneficio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se destac\u00f3 durante esta jornada de entrega de escrituraciones el apoyo por parte del mun\u00edcipe altamirense de entregar becas educativas del ayuntamiento a los hijos de los beneficiarios de estas constancias patrimoniales, pues refiri\u00f3 que la educaci\u00f3n es la base para lograr una mejor calidad de vida en el futuro cercano de las personas, acci\u00f3n que fue grandemente aplaudida por los all\u00ed presentes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asistieron a este evento el diputado federal por el distrito n\u00famero siete, Erasmo Gonz\u00e1lez Robledo; la diputada local por el distrito n\u00famero XVIII, Nallely Lara Monroy; el Lic. Marcelo Abundis Ram\u00edrez, delegado de Bienestar Social del Estado de Tamaulipas en Altamira, la directora del CAM Viller\u00edas, Lic.
