 <\/p>\n

En la vig\u00e9sima sexta reuni\u00f3n extraordinaria del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de la COMAPA Altamira, desarrollada en la sala de cabildo del Ayuntamiento de Altamira, la cual estuvo encabezada por el alcalde, Mtro. Armando Mart\u00ednez Manr\u00edquez, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la reconstituci\u00f3n de esta asamblea.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Lo anterior obedece a que en fecha 01 de julio del 2022 se llev\u00f3 a cabo una reforma al Art\u00edculo 28 de la Ley de Aguas del Estado de Tamaulipas, modificando su constituci\u00f3n para que este comit\u00e9 sea conformado con un representante del municipio, quien fungir\u00e1 como presidente; un representante del Ejecutivo del Estado cuya dependencia est\u00e9 relacionada con la operaci\u00f3n del agua; un diputado del Congreso del Estado con residencia en uno de los distritos electorales somprendidos dentro del \u00e1mbito territorial donde desarrolle sus funciones el organismo operador.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed como cuatro integrantes de los sectores social y privado que tengan representatividad en el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social del municipio, de entre quienes se nombrar\u00e1 al secretario.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Durante el desarrollo de la reuni\u00f3n, se tom\u00f3 protesta de los miembros del nuevo Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n, el cual qued\u00f3 integrado de la siguiente manera: el alcalde de Altamira, Mtro. Armando Mart\u00ednez Manr\u00edquez, como presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n; Ing. Ra\u00fal Quiroga \u00c1lvarez, director de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal del Agua de Tamaulipas (CEAT), como representante del Ejecutivo del Estado; la diputada local, Consuelo Nayeli Lara Monroy, como representante del Congreso del Estado; Dr. Luis Manuel Pinete Guti\u00e9rrez, presidente de la CANACO-SERVITUR de Altamira, como representante del sector social y privado; capit\u00e1n de altura, Oscar Miguel Ochoa Gorena, director general de la Administraci\u00f3n del Sistema Portuario Nacional (ASIPONA), como representante del sector social y privado; C.P. Salvador Salazar Herrera, gerente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Industriales del Sur de Tamaulipas (AISTAC), como representante del sector social y privado.<\/p>\n

De igual forma, se dio la bienvenida al maestro Juan Dionisio Cruz Guerrero, rector de la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica de Altamira, como nuevo secretario del consejo en t\u00e9rminos de la citada ley, en su car\u00e1cter de representante del sector social y privado.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, esta junta reafirm\u00f3 todos los acuerdos y decisiones llevadas a cabo por el consejo saliente, ratificando al Ing. Omar Hern\u00e1ndez Leines, como gerente general de la Comisi\u00f3n Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Altamira, al igual que a la contralora municipal, C.P. Teresa del Carmen Torres Amador, como comisario (VIGILANTE) del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n del organismo operador del agua de Altamira.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
