Madero, Tamaulipas. &#8211;\u00a0 Un aproximado a las 340 familias que habitan en la colonia ampliaci\u00f3n 15 de Mayo y sector Benito Ju\u00e1rez en Ciudad Madero, lograr\u00e1n la regularizaci\u00f3n de sus predios, si su vivienda no est\u00e9 en zona de riesgo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El director jur\u00eddico del municipio, Alfredo Campos Mart\u00ednez, dijo que previo a la regularizaci\u00f3n, se hace un dictamen por parte de protecci\u00f3n civil en base al atlas de riesgo de la ciudad, para evitar que se legalice a quienes est\u00e1n en riesgo, considerando que se trata de un uno por ciento del total de familias, mismas que deber\u00e1n ser reubicadas dentro del mismo municipio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que a m\u00e1s tardar el pr\u00f3ximo mes de abril, se podr\u00eda concretar la regularizaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e1s de 300 lotes, y se pondr\u00e1 atenci\u00f3n en aquellas familias que tengan la necesidad de ser reubicados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Campos Mart\u00ednez, dej\u00f3 en claro que la mayor parte de los predios podr\u00edan ser regularizados, pero quienes no, se tendr\u00edan que ir a otra parte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
