ES UN GRAVE RIESGO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>*90 Por Ciento De Las Unidades De Dos Ruedas Que Circulan En La Regi\u00f3n No Cumplen Con La Normatividad Legal De Da\u00f1os A Terceros Y Perdida Humana<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En un grave riesgo para terceros, empresas dedicadas al giro de repartici\u00f3n de comidas r\u00e1pidas por medio de aplicaciones y los mismos conductores de motocicletas, es no contar con un seguro de da\u00f1os y de vida para qui\u00e9nes se dedican a esta actividad laboral, qu\u00e9 cobr\u00f3 vida tras el confinamiento social, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la Asociaci\u00f3n M\u00e9xicana de Agentes de Seguros y Fianzas, delegaci\u00f3n zona sur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fernando Mart\u00ednez Aguilar, Presidente del organismo, detall\u00f3 que 1 de cada 20 motocicletas que circulan en la regi\u00f3n no cuentan con un seguro de da\u00f1os a terceros, ni mucho menos de vida para quien conduce ese clase de veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remarc\u00f3 que cuando la pandemia estuvo en su m\u00e1ximo apogeo una parte importante de la poblaci\u00f3n opt\u00f3 por comprar sus productos en l\u00ednea o por medio de empresas repartidoras, lo que desat\u00f3 un boom en este rubro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que a dos a\u00f1os de haberse vivido la crisis sanitaria, hoy muchas personas siguen optando por la compra de alimentos a trav\u00e9s de aplicaciones, lo que obliga a la movilizaci\u00f3n extrema de motocicletas por toda la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que la AMASFAC pugna porqu\u00e9 ese amplio parque vehicular de dos ruedas vaya cumpliendo una obligatoreidad ya no legal, sino de tipo moral sobre todo de las empresas que se dedican a la labor de repartici\u00f3n de comida r\u00e1pida.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Es decisi\u00f3n de la empresa contratar este tipo de servicios, pues las aseguradoras de la regi\u00f3n tiene todo para cubrir con esa labor y evitar que se sigan prestando p\u00e9rdidas materiales y humanas, sin apoyo a las familias que pierden alg\u00fan ser querido.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que un seguro de cobertura para motocicleta no es caro y ronda los seis mil pesos al a\u00f1o, empero sobre todo, recalc\u00f3, que muchas empresas tampoco contratan un seguro de vida para el conductor de la motocicleta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Debe haber ya una obligatoreidad, en estos momentos no hay una autoridad que los obligue a cumplir con esta necesidad de protecci\u00f3n a terceros, a la unidad y la vida de la persona que conduce&#8221;, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*90 Por Ciento De Las Unidades De Dos Ruedas Que Circulan En La Regi\u00f3n No Cumplen Con La Normatividad Legal&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":28171,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-37048","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tampico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>MOTOS Y CONDUCTORES DE LA REGI\u00d3N NO EST\u00c1N ASEGURADOS;
