{"id":36799,"date":"2022-10-27T19:02:49","date_gmt":"2022-10-28T01:02:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=36799"},"modified":"2022-10-27T19:02:49","modified_gmt":"2022-10-28T01:02:49","slug":"aprueban-en-ciudad-madero-ley-de-ingresos-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/10\/27\/aprueban-en-ciudad-madero-ley-de-ingresos-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"APRUEBAN EN CIUDAD MADERO LEY DE INGRESOS 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Dando fiel cumplimiento al art\u00edculo 49 del C\u00f3digo Municipal del Estado de Tamaulipas, el Gobierno que preside el alcalde Adri\u00e1n Oseguera Kernion, aprob\u00f3 este jueves durante Sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo, el proyecto de la Ley de Ingresos para el ejercicio fiscal del a\u00f1o 2023, por un monto de 771,785,000 pesos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El protocolo para aprobar dicho proyecto, encabezado por el Presidente Municipal, fue moderado por el secretario de Ayuntamiento, Juan Antonio Ortega Ju\u00e1rez, y adem\u00e1s se cont\u00f3 con la asistencia de la Sra. Ana Cristina Organista de Oseguera, presidenta del Sistema DIF Madero, ya que tambi\u00e9n se aprob\u00f3 Noviembre como el mes del Servicio Voluntariado Municipal, para realizar acciones sociales de manera simult\u00e1nea en toda la ciudad.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En cuanto a la Ley de Ingresos del a\u00f1o 2023, fue elaborada con la solicitud expresa del mun\u00edcipe de no aumentar impuestos para evitar lacerar la econom\u00eda de las familias maderenses. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En este sentido, indic\u00f3 Carlo Gonz\u00e1lez Portes, tesorero municipal de Ciudad Madero, que se realiz\u00f3 un minucioso estudio para aterrizar un presupuesto austero y eficiente, donde se puede ver reflejado un incremento de entre el 6.9% y 7.4% en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o en curso, y va direccionado, sobre todo, a cumplir con la demanda de servicios p\u00fablicos en la ciudad. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Al quedar aprobada por unanimidad la Ley de Ingresos de Ciudad Madero, el municipio enviar\u00e1 en tiempo y forma el proyecto al Congreso del Estado para que este sea aprobado, cumpliendo una vez m\u00e1s con los lineamientos del C\u00f3digo Municipal del Estado de Tamaulipas, el cual establece que dicho proyecto debe ser presentado en los primeros d\u00edas del mes de noviembre. <\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dando fiel cumplimiento al art\u00edculo 49 del C\u00f3digo Municipal del Estado de Tamaulipas, el Gobierno que preside el alcalde Adri\u00e1n&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":36800,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-36799","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-madero"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
