{"id":36731,"date":"2022-10-25T17:41:19","date_gmt":"2022-10-25T23:41:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=36731"},"modified":"2022-10-25T17:41:19","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T23:41:19","slug":"bienestar-y-desarrollo-en-ciudad-madero-con-mas-obras-de-pavimentacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/10\/25\/bienestar-y-desarrollo-en-ciudad-madero-con-mas-obras-de-pavimentacion\/","title":{"rendered":"BIENESTAR Y DESARROLLO EN CIUDAD MADERO CON M\u00c1S OBRAS DE PAVIMENTACI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Con bienestar y desarrollo se contin\u00faa gobernando en Ciudad Madero, al cumplirse con hechos la inauguraci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s obras de pavimentaci\u00f3n, aumentando as\u00ed la conectividad de la ciudad y la plusval\u00eda de miles de hogares. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Por ello, el alcalde Adri\u00e1n Oseguera Kernion, junto a s\u00edndicos y regidores acudi\u00f3 a una de las colonias que ha visto realizado el anhelo de ver sus calles modernizadas como es la Sim\u00f3n Rivera, donde entreg\u00f3 la pavimentaci\u00f3n a base de concreto asf\u00e1ltico de la calle Durazno, as\u00ed como la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea hidrosanitaria. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Dicha obra benefici\u00f3 directamente a m\u00e1s de 100 maderenses, y en pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, asegur\u00f3 el mun\u00edcipe, se entregar\u00e1 una vialidad m\u00e1s en dicha colonia. \u201cVamos a seguir transformando a Ciudad Madero, a darle mejores vialidades, mejor conectividad, mayor plusval\u00eda a su propiedad, cumpli\u00e9ndole a todas las familias de Ciudad Madero\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 Oseguera Kernion. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>De acuerdo con el director general de Obras P\u00fablicas, Luis Carlos Leal Contreras, estos trabajos cuya extensi\u00f3n alcanza los 130.50 metros lineales, requirieron una inversi\u00f3n de 1,919, 761.89 pesos, mediante el Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social Municipal y de las Demarcaciones Territoriales del Distrito Federal FISM-DF, ejercicio fiscal 2022.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cabe mencionar que con este compromiso cumplido, s\u00f3lo bastar\u00eda la modernizaci\u00f3n de la calle Trigo y la calle Naranjo para que la Sim\u00f3n Rivera se convierta en otra colonia donde la actual administraci\u00f3n maderense abate al 100% el rezago en pavimentaci\u00f3n. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En representaci\u00f3n de los vecinos beneficiados, la Sra.
