En un plazo de tres meses el gobierno federal podr\u00eda dar a conocer el arranque del megaproyecto de la reconversi\u00f3n del puerto de Tampico, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el alcalde Jes\u00fas Nader Nasrrallah, al reiterar que \u00e9sta obra de car\u00e1cter tur\u00edstico, vendr\u00e1 a detonar a\u00fan m\u00e1s el centro hist\u00f3rico y \u00e1reas aleda\u00f1as, ya que en el proceso de licitaci\u00f3n participa un pool de empresarios de esta localidad.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Con el anuncio del Secretario de Marina, sobre el status del proyecto, el gobierno federal pr\u00e1cticamente “desempolvar\u00e1” la magna obra, qu\u00e9 abarcar\u00e1 varios tramos del recinto mar\u00edtimo, bodegas y \u00e1reas de maniobras.<\/p>\n

El presidente municipal porte\u00f1o destac\u00f3 que la Semar y Administraci\u00f3n del Sistema Portuario Nacional (Asipona) antes API, son qui\u00e9nes tienen el mando del proyecto ejecutivo, que de estar lista su licitaci\u00f3n, podr\u00eda comenzar en poco m\u00e1s de 90 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Remarc\u00f3 que dentro de la reconfiguraci\u00f3n del puerto se contempla establecer restaurantes, cine, sal\u00f3n de eventos, una amplia zona peatonal, sal\u00f3n para eventos, malec\u00f3n y hasta la posibilidad de tener un acuario.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Nader, enfatiz\u00f3 que el proyecto tendr\u00e1 inversi\u00f3n netamente privada y para ello un grupo de empresarios de la localidad empujan con el objetivo de ganar espacios en la licitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

“De Tampico hay un pool de unos 20 empresarios que tienen el deseo de participar en el megaproyecto y reactivar toda esa zona”, dijo<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El preboste municipal, apunt\u00f3 que el edificio de la ex Aduana Mar\u00edtima, considerado como hist\u00f3rico, ser\u00e1 inmueble ancla para qu\u00e9 en sus alrededores se establezcan una serie de comercios que atraigan el turismo y generen derrama econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n

Continuando con la transformaci\u00f3n de la zona centro, el presidente municipal anunci\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n del corredor semipeatonal o calle “De la Flor”(calle Aduana) la cual conecta el centro hist\u00f3rico con la laguna del carpintero.<\/p>\n
