La crisis sanitaria que propici\u00f3 la pandemia y a su vez el desempleo, ha ocasionado que en los mercados rodantes de Tampico se tenga una competencia desmedida entre oferentes y personas ocasionales que se instalan en \u00e1reas denominadas c\u00f3mo “botaderos”, pues \u00e9stos \u00faltimos se han incrementado en la mayor\u00eda de los mercados sobre ruedas que existen en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo dio a conocer la presidenta de la Uni\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica de Oferentes de los Mercados Sobre Ruedas de la Zona Sur, Araceli Bello Olvera, al se\u00f1alar que el covid 19 vino a incrementar las \u00e1reas “ocasionales” que existen en los mercados rodantes de esta ciudad y la zona sur.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Detall\u00f3 que en el caso del puerto la presencia del comercio en zonas de botadero tuvo un incremento de casi el cien por ciento, pues mucha gente perdi\u00f3 su empleo y hoy se ve en la necesidad de vender ropa y toda clase de art\u00edculos para poder subsistir.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dijo que este crecimiento desmedido ya afecta a los oferentes que tienen m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os generando empleo y pagando contribuciones al municipio.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“No estamos en contra de que la gente con necesidad se gane la vida honradamente, solo que sea un d\u00eda diferente al que nosotros tenemos”, dijo<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Manifest\u00f3 que tan solo en el mercado rodante de Germinal se contabilizan poco m\u00e1s de 350 personas en \u00e1rea de tiradero u ocasional, lo que ya genera una competencia con los oferentes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

La dirigente de los tianguistas que laboran en la regi\u00f3n, enfatiz\u00f3 que el segundo rodante m\u00e1s poblado por esta clase de comercio es el ubicado en la colonia Carmen Romano, que a diferencia de Germinal.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Ah\u00ed s\u00ed se respet\u00f3 el d\u00eda de trabajo. Para nosotros son los d\u00edas Jueves y para los ocasionales son los Viernes” recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Recalc\u00f3 que debido a esta problem\u00e1tica pedir\u00e1n al cabildo y al alcalde un \u00f3rden y se regule esta actividad que se ha incrementado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Bello, dej\u00f3 en claro que la autorizaci\u00f3n para que en las \u00e1reas de “tiradero”, aumente o disminuya el n\u00famero de personas con dicha actividad, la genera el director de mercados, Felipe Altamirano Estrella.<\/p>\n
