El secretario de administraci\u00f3n del gobierno estatal, Jes\u00fas Lav\u00edn Ver\u00e1stegui, confirm\u00f3 que hasta el momento s\u00f3lo un 26% de la base trabajadora de confianza, contratada en el sexenio anterior, ha presentado su renuncia formal, y el porcentaje restante fue heredado con la finalidad de inmiscuirlos en un conflicto laboral.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que hist\u00f3ricamente cada que finaliza un sexenio e inicia otro “es tradicional” que los servidores p\u00fablicos ( con cargos de jefatura hacia arriba en el escalaf\u00f3n laboral) presenten su renuncia, sin embargo al t\u00e9rmino del anterior no fue as\u00ed “Nos han dejado una herencia para inmiscuirnos en conflictos laborales con los trabajadores”.<\/p>\n

El funcionario del gabinete estatal afirm\u00f3 qu\u00e9 el sexenio de Cabeza de Vaca dej\u00f3 a poco m\u00e1s de 500 trabajadores con base laboral “jefes de departamento, e incluso superiores, con menos de seis a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad se les otorg\u00f3 base”, extern\u00f3<\/p>\n

Lav\u00edn, dijo que las anomal\u00edas no cesan, pues fueron detectados presuntos aviadores y compensaciones otorgadas fuera del tabulador.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Remarc\u00f3, que adem\u00e1s en las \u00faltimas semanas y d\u00edas del sexenio cabecista fueron amenazados y extorsionados muchos trabajadores para que firmaran su renuncia “para que firmaran cantidades por la mitad en sus percepciones finales, con declaraciones de los mismos servidores p\u00fablicos de pr\u00e1cticamente todas las secretar\u00edas”, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El secretario de administraci\u00f3n del sexenio naciente, dej\u00f3 en claro que hubo cobros de quincenas de personas que, f\u00edsicamente, no laboraron en la administraci\u00f3n estatal pasada.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Puntualiz\u00f3, que los tiempos de entrega-recepci\u00f3n de los bienes de la administraci\u00f3n a\u00fan no concluyen, por lo que existe la probabilidad de que puedan ser llamados a comparecer algunos ex secretarios del cabecismo con el objetivo de que expliquen el manejo que le dieron a los bienes y recursos del Estado.<\/p>\n
