Ana Cristina Organista de Oseguera, presidenta del Sistema DIF Madero, la colonia Hip\u00f3dromo para escuchar a los vecinos y aterrizar estrategias que mitiguen el problema de inundaci\u00f3n registrado por m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os en la zona.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cVamos a tomar cartas en el asunto y a darle frente al problema\u201d, asegur\u00f3 el edil maderense, acompa\u00f1ado por funcionarios de Pemex, Comapa y Conagua, con quienes se dio cita en la calle Necaxa para dialogar con las familias afectadas y recorrer la calle Jim\u00e9nez hasta la calle Emiliano Zapata.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En este punto, inform\u00f3 el alcalde que el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, el Gobierno Municipal iniciar\u00e1 con recursos propios importante obra pluvial con la que se busca mitigar hasta en un 80% el problema de inundaci\u00f3n en esta colonia. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Para ello, el director general de Obras P\u00fablicas, Luis Carlos Leal Contreras, procedi\u00f3 a compartir detalles del proyecto, el cual consistir\u00e1 en la construcci\u00f3n de un dren pluvial con una extensi\u00f3n de hasta mil metros y una inversi\u00f3n estimada de 10 millones de pesos. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En dicho recorrido, Abner Santamar\u00eda Hidalgo, gerente de la refiner\u00eda Francisco I. Madero, refrend\u00f3 su colaboraci\u00f3n con el alcalde maderense, asegurando que habr\u00e1 actividad inmediata por parte de Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos para ayudar en estas acciones y desfogar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido la calle Jim\u00e9nez. \u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Por su parte, el coordinador de Atenci\u00f3n a Emergencias de Conagua, Pablo Mota Montes, refrend\u00f3 su respaldo hacia la administraci\u00f3n municipal facilitando maquinaria especializada, mientras que el gerente general de Comapa Zona Sur, Gabriel Guerra Turrubiates, hizo un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda para evitar arrojar desechos a la v\u00eda p\u00fablica para no obstruir el sistema de alcantarillado y remarc\u00f3 la importancia de seguir sumando esfuerzos a favor de los maderenses: \u201cAqu\u00ed estamos con el alcalde, vamos a trabajar y a dar soluciones\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Por esta alianza, el mun\u00edcipe extern\u00f3 un reconocimiento a los funcionarios de las diferentes dependencias se\u00f1alando que, \u201chan hecho un excelente trabajo, siempre est\u00e1n al pendiente de lo que se necesita en Ciudad Madero y nos han dado todas las facilidades, gracias a nombre de los maderenses por trabajar en equipo, la ciudadan\u00eda nos requiere en estos momentos, no nos quiere sentados en una oficina, nos quiere aqu\u00ed en campo, d\u00e1ndole frente al problema\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Es importante destacar que el edil maderense hizo \u00e9nfasis en la necesidad de construir 6 drenes pluviales para dar fin al problema de inundaci\u00f3n en la urbe petrolera, siendo este un proyecto ya elaborado y presentado a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s ante la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y para el cual se requieren 600 millones de pesos. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEsto no es un tema pol\u00edtico, es un tema de urgencia, con mucho respeto le pido a las autoridades federales que nos ayuden a destrabar el proyecto ejecutivo que ya est\u00e1 en la Secretaria de Hacienda.
