{"id":3550,"date":"2020-03-12T07:44:05","date_gmt":"2020-03-12T13:44:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=3550"},"modified":"2020-03-12T07:44:05","modified_gmt":"2020-03-12T13:44:05","slug":"exentaran-el-pago-de-piso-a-locatarios-de-los-nuevos-mercados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2020\/03\/12\/exentaran-el-pago-de-piso-a-locatarios-de-los-nuevos-mercados\/","title":{"rendered":"EXENTAR\u00c1N EL PAGO DE PISO A LOCATARIOS DE LOS NUEVOS MERCADOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><em><strong>*Aprueba Cabildo Conceder Cuatro Meses En La Exenci\u00f3n De Esta Contribuci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con el prop\u00f3sito de favorecer la econom\u00eda de los comerciantes y concesionarios del nuevo Mercado Municipal de Tampico, el Ayuntamiento porte\u00f1o conceder\u00e1 la exenci\u00f3n en el pago del Derecho de Piso Mensual, a los locatarios durante un periodo de cuatro meses, a partir de la entrega jur\u00eddica y material de sus locales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior fue aprobado por S\u00edndicos y Regidores durante la cuadrag\u00e9sima novena sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de Cabildo encabezada, este mi\u00e9rcoles, por el Presidente Municipal Chucho Nader.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El jefe edilicio resalt\u00f3 que con esta medida, el municipio contribuye a que los comerciantes lleven a cabo su proceso de adaptaci\u00f3n al nuevo espacio, liberados de esta contribuci\u00f3n, con el objeto de que alcancen un pronto posicionamiento y repunte de sus ventas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo el Cabildo en pleno aprob\u00f3 otorgar descuentos del 50% en el pago del derecho de piso mensual en condici\u00f3n de rezago a los locatarios de los mercados temporales, tablitas, gastron\u00f3mico, Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Hidalgo, Francisco I.
