{"id":35452,"date":"2022-09-20T17:11:44","date_gmt":"2022-09-20T23:11:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=35452"},"modified":"2022-09-20T17:11:44","modified_gmt":"2022-09-20T23:11:44","slug":"expone-rosa-gonzalez-perspectivas-y-retos-de-la-migracion-en-mexico-ante-comision-pastoral-de-la-cem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/09\/20\/expone-rosa-gonzalez-perspectivas-y-retos-de-la-migracion-en-mexico-ante-comision-pastoral-de-la-cem\/","title":{"rendered":"EXPONE ROSA GONZ\u00c1LEZ PERSPECTIVAS Y RETOS DE LA MIGRACI\u00d3N EN M\u00c9XICO ANTE COMISI\u00d3N PASTORAL DE LA CEM"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>*Necesario Reorganizar Las Instituciones Y Lograr, Junto A Los Tres \u00d3rdenes De Gobierno, Una Mejor Cooperaci\u00f3n En La Pol\u00edtica Y Gesti\u00f3n Migratoria<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con la finalidad de que la Dimensi\u00f3n Episcopal de la Pastoral de Movilidad Humana, de la comision de pastoral social, dependiente de la CEM(Conferencia del Episcopado Mexicano) logre una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia del trabajo legislativo que se realiza en el tema de migraci\u00f3n, la presidenta de la comisi\u00f3n de asuntos migratorios de la c\u00e1mara baja, Rosa Gonz\u00e1lez Azc\u00e1rraga, dict\u00f3 una conferencia magistral sobre las condiciones que guarda dicho fen\u00f3meno social en el pa\u00eds, pues advirti\u00f3 la necesidad de reorganizar las instituciones y tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, realizando un trabajo de mayor cooperaci\u00f3n, donde adem\u00e1s de recursos y apoyo, vaya impl\u00edcito el humanismo, solidaridad y justicia social.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A invitaci\u00f3n de dicha comisi\u00f3n pastoral y dentro del foro denominado &#8220;Construir el Futuro con los Migrantes y Refugiados&#8221; llevado a cabo en la Universidad La Salle, de la cdmx, la legisladora porte\u00f1a expuso el panorama que guarda el tema migratorio en M\u00e9xico, es decir sus avances, retos y coyunturas actuales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ante estudiantes, asistentes e invitados, la presidenta de la comisi\u00f3n en el congreso de la uni\u00f3n, enfatiz\u00f3 que la agenda legislativa es extensa, donde grupos sociales y la Iglesia, tambi\u00e9n tienen cabida en el \u00e1nimo de lograr un mayor orden y atenci\u00f3n en la migraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No hay acto mas humano que migrar. No se entiende la historia de la humanidad sin su deseo e impulso para desplazarse a nuevos territorios&#8221;, coment\u00f3 en su introducci\u00f3n la congresista del PAN.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remarc\u00f3 que por su situaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica, M\u00e9xico es un pa\u00eds de origen,tr\u00e1nsito, destino, refugio y retorno de personas migrantes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;En a\u00f1os recientes el pa\u00eds ha experimentado un crecimiento notable en la cantidad de migrantes internacionales, sea que pasen o se queden en nuestro territorio&#8221;, y cit\u00f3 que los principales pa\u00edses de origen de las personas migrantes en M\u00e9xico, son Estados Unidos, Venezuela, Guatemala, Honduras y el Salvador.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enfatiz\u00f3 que la ley de migraci\u00f3n publicada en 2010 ha dado resultados satisfactorios en la protecci\u00f3n de miles de migrantes, a la qu\u00e9 se han incorporado varias reformas, sin embargo, dijo, hace falta una pol\u00edtica de Estado, que redefina la vocaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Es decir, necesitamos pasar de una visi\u00f3n de control, a una donde se garanticen los derechos de las personas y fomentar una cultura de apertura e integraci\u00f3n para quien desee permanecer&#8221;, explic\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rosa Gonz\u00e1lez dijo que es necesario ordenar la movilidad internacional, construir capacidades institucionales para la atenci\u00f3n y recepci\u00f3n de altos vol\u00famenes de personas de otras naciones que piden protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Abund\u00f3 que el fen\u00f3meno social impacta en las relaciones de una comunidad, lo cual abre el riesgo a la xenofobia, por lo que es necesario plantear retos de integraci\u00f3n y combate a la discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Puntualiz\u00f3 la necesidad de reorganizar las instituciones de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, alentando la cooperaci\u00f3n y responsabilidad compartida en la pol\u00edtica y gesti\u00f3n migratoria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, dentro de su ponencia enfatiz\u00f3 que todos las organizaciones de ayuda, sociedad civil e iglesia, abonan en apoyo para atenuar el sufrimiento de los migrantes, siendo mas humanistas, justos y solidarios con dicho sector poblacional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La legisladora comparti\u00f3 el foro con otros ponentes, como la senadora Beatriz Paredes Rangel; Luis Ra\u00fal Gonz\u00e1lez P\u00e9rez, titular del programa de derechos humanos de la UNAM; y Giovanni Lepri, representante del alto comisionado de la ONU para los refugiados en Mexico; ademas del padre Julio L\u00f3pez, secretario ejecutivo de la DEPMH y el rector de la Universidad LaSalle, Francisco Flores Gamio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Necesario Reorganizar Las Instituciones Y Lograr, Junto A Los Tres \u00d3rdenes De Gobierno, Una Mejor Cooperaci\u00f3n En La Pol\u00edtica Y&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":35453,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-35452","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tampico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
