{"id":34526,"date":"2022-08-25T18:40:52","date_gmt":"2022-08-26T00:40:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=34526"},"modified":"2022-08-25T18:40:52","modified_gmt":"2022-08-26T00:40:52","slug":"listo-adrian-oseguera-para-rendir-su-1er-informe-de-gobierno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/08\/25\/listo-adrian-oseguera-para-rendir-su-1er-informe-de-gobierno\/","title":{"rendered":"LISTO ADRI\u00c1N OSEGUERA PARA RENDIR SU 1ER INFORME DE GOBIERNO."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El primer Informe de Gobierno del alcalde Adri\u00e1n Oseguera Kernion, durante el periodo 2021-2024, ser\u00e1 rendido el pr\u00f3ximo 3 de septiembre a las 18:00 horas, y en \u00e9l, se destacar\u00e1n algunos de los grandes proyectos que han colocado a Ciudad Madero en el rumbo del progreso y bienestar.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>As\u00ed se acord\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de Sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo donde se declar\u00f3 como recinto oficial el gimnasio de la Unidad Deportiva, donde se dar\u00e1n cita autoridades municipales, estatales y federales, as\u00ed como representantes camarales, empresarios y sociedad civil. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cabe se\u00f1alar que durante el primer a\u00f1o de Gobierno del alcalde Adri\u00e1n Oseguera Kernion, se ha dado fuerte impulso al desarrollo de la ciudad, con la entrega de obra p\u00fablica y embellecimiento de vialidades y espacios p\u00fablicos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En el municipio maderense se ha logrado mitigar a pasos acelerados el rezago en pavimentaci\u00f3n, se mejor\u00f3 la infraestructura en m\u00e1s de 25 escuelas y se dio continuidad a la reconfiguraci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica de las lagunas, elevando as\u00ed, la plusval\u00eda del hogar de m\u00e1s de 22 mil ciudadanos. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Este evento ser\u00e1 transmitido a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina oficial del Gobierno Municipal en Facebook, por lo que las familias maderenses podr\u00e1n ser testigos de este importante acontecimiento.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Con estas acciones la administraci\u00f3n maderense da cumplimiento al art\u00edculo 43, 49 y 55 del C\u00f3digo Municipal para el Estado de Tamaulipas, donde se reglamenta la rendici\u00f3n anual del Informe en el periodo comprendido del 3 al 13 de septiembre de cada a\u00f1o. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>APRUEBAN DESCUENTOS EN IMPUESTOS MUNICIPALES <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>A favor de la econom\u00eda de las familias maderenses, se aprob\u00f3 en Sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo el 100% de descuento en recargos, honorarios y gastos de ejecuci\u00f3n en el pago del impuesto Predial a todos los ciudadanos que no est\u00e9n al corriente en el pago de sus contribuciones. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Adem\u00e1s, se otorgar\u00e1 el 100% de descuento en recargos, honorarios y gastos de ejecuci\u00f3n en el pago de derechos del mercado municipal \u201c18 de Marzo\u201d y en el pago de derechos de Anuncios Publicitarios, permaneciendo vigente dichos beneficios durante los meses de septiembre y octubre del a\u00f1o 2022. <\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El primer Informe de Gobierno del alcalde Adri\u00e1n Oseguera Kernion, durante el periodo 2021-2024, ser\u00e1 rendido el pr\u00f3ximo 3 de&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":34527,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-34526","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-madero"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
