Madero, Tamaulipas.- El ayuntamiento de Ciudad Madero tiene abiertos 6 procesos ante la Fiscal\u00eda de Justicia del Estado,\u00a0 para que ciudadanos cubran el da\u00f1o ocasionado a la infraestructura municipal en accidentes automovil\u00edsticos. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El s\u00edndico Salvador Mu\u00f1oz Contreras, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estos son procedimientos que han tenido que realizar debido a la negativa de los automovilistas de hacerse cargo de los da\u00f1os que causaron a la infraestructura municipal, por lo que tienen que ejercer acci\u00f3n legal en su contra.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Dijo que han sido 12 casos de este tipo que se tienen registrados, de los cuales en 6 se ha llegado a un acuerdo con los conductores responsables y han cubierto los da\u00f1os ocasionados.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Expuso que siempre se busca conciliar en primer t\u00e9rmino, pero en caso de no tener ning\u00fan tipo de respuesta positiva por parte de los conductores responsables, simplemente se tiene que llegar a la instancia legal correspondiente para que se cubran los da\u00f1os.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mu\u00f1oz Contreras, mencion\u00f3 que es en el corredor urbano Luis Donaldo Colosio donde m\u00e1s se ha presentado este tipo de situaciones por los accidentes registrados, por lo que los gastos por reparaci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os van de los 25 mil por una luminaria hasta los 80 mil en caso de ser un sem\u00e1foro.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
