Madero, Tamaulipas.- El reglamento de playa se analiza a conciencia para hacer las modificaciones necesarias y evitar se registren determinadas actividades que afectan el m\u00e1ximo paseo. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La regidora Mayra Ojeda Ch\u00e1vez, indic\u00f3 que se buscar\u00eda aplicar sanciones administrativas a las personas que tiren vidrio a la zona tur\u00edstica de playa Miramar, por lo que deben contar con la vinculaci\u00f3n con autoridades federales como Semarnat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Expuso que la direcci\u00f3n de Turismo, cuenta con un reglamento para la playa, por lo que ya se revisa de forma detallada.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Una propuesta que esta trabajando la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y de Turismo que es el reglamento de playa el cual resulta ser muy viable implementar porque tenemos un paseo tur\u00edstico por excelencia sin embargo hay algunas situaciones que faltan todav\u00eda reglamentar como el tema de las botellas de vidrio, el que sea sorprendido tirando basura, estamos buscando una vinculaci\u00f3n con el gobierno federal&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Destac\u00f3 que jur\u00eddicamente,\u00a0 playa Miramar pertenece al municipio, pero tambi\u00e9n es un \u00e1rea Federal, por lo que buscan lograr un convenio para que les den la facultad para aplicar sanciones. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mencion\u00f3 que ser\u00eda la Semarnat o Gobierno Federal la que estar\u00eda facultado para ello.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la finalidad es que se deje de tirar a la playa Miramar este tipo de desechos, lo que aunado a las colillas de cigarro, generan una gran contaminaci\u00f3n a la playa.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
