{"id":33336,"date":"2022-07-18T13:11:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-18T19:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=33336"},"modified":"2022-07-18T13:11:00","modified_gmt":"2022-07-18T19:11:00","slug":"inician-operativos-para-comercios-que-ofrezcan-sus-productos-en-banquetas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/07\/18\/inician-operativos-para-comercios-que-ofrezcan-sus-productos-en-banquetas\/","title":{"rendered":"INICIAN OPERATIVOS PARA COMERCIOS QUE OFREZCAN SUS PRODUCTOS EN BANQUETAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>ALTAMIRA, TAM.- A partir de este lunes, arranco el operativo de seguridad coordinada por parte del municipio de Altamira, donde entre las diversas acciones a realizar, se encuentra el retirar objetos que obstaculicen la v\u00eda publica en las principales calles de la zona centro, principalmente provenientes del comercio, quienes han tomado las aceras para colocar diversos productos a la venta, se\u00f1alo Jos\u00e9 Francisco P\u00e9rez Ram\u00edrez, Secretario del ayuntamiento.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Ya ten\u00edamos la instrucci\u00f3n del Presidente Municipal de que pusi\u00e9ramos orden en la zona centro, principalmente en el primer cuadro y as\u00ed lo vamos hacer,\u00a0 ya hemos invitado a los comerciantes para que no invadan las banquetas, que las liberen y lo \u00fanico que hacen es entrar a su local y despu\u00e9s salir, hoy tenemos un operativo con el uso de la fuerza p\u00fablica para que est\u00e1s personas entren a sus locales y no tengan invadida la zona peatonal&#8221;, refiri\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que este operativo se llevara a cabo en coordinaci\u00f3n con Guardia Nacional y Polic\u00eda Estatal, adem\u00e1s en conjunto con la Direcci\u00f3n de Ingresos ya se analizaron las multas que se puedan aplicar en UMAS, as\u00ed como posiblemente otro tipo de sanci\u00f3n, pero para evitar llegar a esto \u00faltimo, primeramente se est\u00e1 invitando a los comerciantes para que tengan la mercanc\u00eda adentro de los locales, a lo cual muchos han entendido, acatado la orden, mientras otros se reh\u00fasan por lo que se decidi\u00f3 realizar este operativo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Destaco que la gente tiene que bajar al arrollo vehicular, siendo algo que no es necesario pues en el primer cuadro se tienen banquetas amplias, pero por la invasi\u00f3n se impide el paso y pueden ocurrir accidentes, lo cual se quiere evitar, con un operativo permanente hasta que los comerciantes entiendan que habra sanciones si no hacen caso, comenzando por multas de hasta\u00a0 UMAS, pero podr\u00edan ser m\u00e1s altas si reinciden.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ALTAMIRA, TAM.- A partir de este lunes, arranco el operativo de seguridad coordinada por parte del municipio de Altamira, donde&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":33337,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-33336","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-altamira"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
