{"id":33300,"date":"2022-07-16T09:14:19","date_gmt":"2022-07-16T15:14:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=33300"},"modified":"2022-07-16T09:14:44","modified_gmt":"2022-07-16T15:14:44","slug":"enfermeras-descubren-a-anestesiologo-que-abusaba-sexualmente-de-paciente-embarazada-durante-cesarea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/07\/16\/enfermeras-descubren-a-anestesiologo-que-abusaba-sexualmente-de-paciente-embarazada-durante-cesarea\/","title":{"rendered":"ENFERMERAS DESCUBREN A ANESTESI\u00d3LOGO QUE ABUSABA SEXUALMENTE DE PACIENTE EMBARAZADA DURANTE CES\u00c1REA\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Reclusos de la penitenciar\u00eda de Pedrolino Werling de Oliveira, recibieron con abucheos e insultos al m\u00e9dico anestesi\u00f3logo Giovanni Quintella Bezerra de 31 a\u00f1os, luego que el martes 12 de julio por la noche se confirmara su prisi\u00f3n preventiva por el delito de violaci\u00f3n a una persona vulnerable, cuya pena oscila entre 8 y 15 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel, tras abusar sexualmente de una paciente embarazada durante ces\u00e1rea en el Hospital de la Mujer Heloneida Studars.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Fue un grupo de enfermeras quienes denunciaron con pruebas en mano a Gionvanni Quintella ante la delegada B\u00e1rbara Lomba, jefa de la Comisar\u00eda de Asistencia a la Mujer (Deam) de S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o de Meriti, luego de colocar un tel\u00e9fono celular en un armario con puertas de cristal y grabar al anestesista abrirse el uniforme, sacarse el miembro y colocarlo en la boca de su paciente durante 10 minutos, mientras m\u00e9dicos sin percatarse del abuso llevaban a cabo el parto el domingo 10 de julio de 2022, en R\u00edo de Janeiro.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Giovanni Quintella, quien laboraba desde hace seis meses en el nosocomio, levant\u00f3 sospechas entre sus colegas m\u00e9dicos debido a las altas cantidades de anestesia que administraba a las pacientes, adem\u00e1s de su insistencia por colocar s\u00e1banas cada vez m\u00e1s elevadas para cubrir su \u00e1rea de trabajo del resto del equipo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>De acuerdo con el medio de comunicaci\u00f3n, O Globo, Giovanni Quintella trabaj\u00f3 en al menos diez hospitales p\u00fablicos y privados, por lo que, la ma\u00f1ana del martes 12 de julio, diez mujeres se presentaron a la Comisar\u00eda de Asistencia a la Mujer para registrar informes policiales en su contra, entre las presuntas v\u00edctimas hay tres f\u00e9minas con beb\u00e9s en brazos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Entre ellas, se encuentra la t\u00e9cnica de radiolog\u00eda, Naiane Guedes de Oliveira de 30 a\u00f1os, quien el 5 de julio fue operada en el Hospital da M\u00e3e, en Mesquita, cl\u00ednica en la que Giovanni tambi\u00e9n trabaj\u00f3, de acuerdo con la Secretar\u00eda de Salud Estatal (SES): <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTuve otros tres hijos por ces\u00e1rea y nunca hab\u00eda tenido anestesia general, me drogu\u00e9 totalmente\u2026 era Giovanni el anestesi\u00f3logo, cuando empiezo a recordar, s\u00f3lo recuerdo su voz; todo el tiempo me habl\u00f3 suavemente al o\u00eddo y eso me molestaba mucho.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>No s\u00e9 si abus\u00f3 de m\u00ed, pero el sedante y el hecho de que estuviera muy cerca de mi cabeza me resultaba extra\u00f1o\u201d, manifest\u00f3, Naiane Guedes, a la prensa tras presentar su denuncia ante la Comisar\u00eda de Asistencia a la Mujer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mientras tanto, con Giovanni en prisi\u00f3n preventiva, la jueza Rachel Assad, durante la audiencia previa, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u00e9ste viol\u00f3 los derechos de la v\u00edctima en el d\u00eda del nacimiento de su hijo que quedar\u00e1 marcado por el trauma resultante de la brutal conducta que le practic\u00f3 y que ser\u00e1 recordado en cada cumplea\u00f1os.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reclusos de la penitenciar\u00eda de Pedrolino Werling de Oliveira, recibieron con abucheos e insultos al m\u00e9dico anestesi\u00f3logo Giovanni Quintella Bezerra&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":33302,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[7],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-33300","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nacional"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
