{"id":33213,"date":"2022-07-14T12:41:56","date_gmt":"2022-07-14T18:41:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=33213"},"modified":"2022-07-14T12:41:56","modified_gmt":"2022-07-14T18:41:56","slug":"siguen-esperando-concesiones-del-mercado-santander","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/07\/14\/siguen-esperando-concesiones-del-mercado-santander\/","title":{"rendered":"SIGUEN ESPERANDO CONCESIONES DEL MERCADO SANTANDER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>ALTAMIRA, TAM.- El sue\u00f1o de los propietarios de locales en el mercado Santander en Altamira desde que se logr\u00f3 municipalizar el predio y la renovaci\u00f3n del inmueble, ha sido siempre el poder obtener las concesiones que les permitan dar un nuevo rostro y poder tener acceso a mejores servicios y beneficios.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El tr\u00e1mite vio un aliento de esperanza durante la pasada administraci\u00f3n, sin embargo, como en el resto quedo en promesas y papeleo, por lo cual, al inicio de este nuevo trienio, se acordaron dar para delante con las peticiones de los locatarios del mercado, sin embargo nuevamente se han quedado detenidos por el paso de la veda electoral que duro desde enero hasta junio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Roberto Cruz Mancilla, l\u00edder de los locatarios, se\u00f1alo que este proceso ha provocado un caos al interior pues algunos ya se encuentran cerrados porque los propietarios no vieron resultados positivos ni mejoras en sus ventas y actualmente solo 70 de 170 espacios se encuentran ocupados.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Dijo que se espera en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas poder agendar una visita con la secretar\u00eda del ayuntamiento de Altamira para intentar resolver el tr\u00e1mite que les otorgar\u00e1 certeza jur\u00eddica sobre sus locales y que en esta administraci\u00f3n municipal la esperanza pueda ser una realidad.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ALTAMIRA, TAM.- El sue\u00f1o de los propietarios de locales en el mercado Santander en Altamira desde que se logr\u00f3 municipalizar&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":33214,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-33213","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-altamira"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
