{"id":33143,"date":"2022-07-12T18:35:09","date_gmt":"2022-07-13T00:35:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=33143"},"modified":"2022-07-12T18:35:09","modified_gmt":"2022-07-13T00:35:09","slug":"formal-prision-a-presunto-homicida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/07\/12\/formal-prision-a-presunto-homicida\/","title":{"rendered":"FORMAL PRISI\u00d3N A PRESUNTO HOMICIDA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Ciudad Victoria. &#8211; El Representante Social de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tamaulipas obtuvo auto de formal prisi\u00f3n en contra de Octavio \u201cL\u201d, por el delito de Homicidio Calificado.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La medida fue decretada por un Juez de Primera Instancia, despu\u00e9s de que el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico presentara ante la autoridad judicial elementos suficientes que implican al procesado, en el delito antes mencionado, registrado el 06 de mayo del 2010 en el Ejido Barbosa del municipio de Hidalgo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La autoridad judicial tambi\u00e9n estableci\u00f3 que Octavio \u201cL\u201d permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva por el tiempo que dure el proceso y declar\u00f3 abierto el periodo de instrucci\u00f3n para la aportaci\u00f3n y desahogo de pruebas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Con acciones como esta, la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tamaulipas refrenda su compromiso de no dejar impunes aquellos delitos que lesionan a la sociedad y atentan contra la vida de los tamaulipecos.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ciudad Victoria. &#8211; El Representante Social de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tamaulipas obtuvo auto de formal&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":33144,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-33143","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tamaulipas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
