Madero, Tamaulipas.- El Banco Interacciones pretend\u00eda cobrarle a municipio de Madero una deuda de 128 millones de pesos que dej\u00f3 la empresa que llev\u00f3 a cabo la obra del estacionamiento subterr\u00e1neo en la plaza &#8220;Isauro Alfaro&#8221; hace 15 a\u00f1os.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c1lvaro Del \u00c1ngel Hern\u00e1ndez, director juridico del Ayuntamiento, dijo que el banco promovi\u00f3 una demanda para que el ayuntamiento asumiera las responsabilidades que en su momento la empresa concesionaria Villas de Aguayo a quien se le otorg\u00f3 un pr\u00e9stamo y como municipio quer\u00edan obligar al municipio, reclamando el monto.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;En su momento se realizaron los alegatos, se contest\u00f3 la demanda, se pusieron las pruebas y se vino una sentencia en la cual se declar\u00f3 improcedente la acci\u00f3n que en su momento ejerci\u00f3 Banco Interacciones&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Destac\u00f3 que pagar esta deuda, rebajar\u00eda por completo el presupuesto otorgado a la dependencia, adem\u00e1s que afectar\u00eda seriamente a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Agreg\u00f3 que el bando solicitaba al municipio cumplir con la obligaci\u00f3n de ser un garante de que los proyectos se realizaban; sin embargo, una de las alegatas fue que no se podian asumir responsabilidades de terceros, porque en primer lugar el ayuntamiento nunca fue aval y mucho menos sab\u00edan de este pr\u00e9stamo.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
