{"id":32842,"date":"2022-07-03T17:44:45","date_gmt":"2022-07-03T23:44:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=32842"},"modified":"2022-07-03T17:44:45","modified_gmt":"2022-07-03T23:44:45","slug":"quedaria-sin-validez-eleccion-de-patricio-pena-como-delegado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/07\/03\/quedaria-sin-validez-eleccion-de-patricio-pena-como-delegado\/","title":{"rendered":"QUEDAR\u00cdA SIN VALIDEZ ELECCI\u00d3N DE PATRICIO PE\u00d1A COMO DELEGADO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>*Es Acusado Penalmente Por Los Delitos De Robo Y Amenazas, Lo Que Contraviene A Lo Estipulado En La Convocatoria Correspondiente Y Al C\u00f3digo Municipal Para El Estado De Tamaulipas.<\/em><\/h2>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La elecci\u00f3n de Patricio Pe\u00f1a Ram\u00edrez como delegado de Villa Cuauht\u00e9moc, podr\u00eda quedar anulada debido a que cuenta con una denuncia penal en su contra por los delitos de robo y amenazas, lo que contraviene a lo estipulado en la convocatoria correspondiente y al C\u00f3digo Municipal para el Estado de Tamaulipas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Para ser designado como tal, el citado c\u00f3digo, en su art\u00edculo 80, en concordancia con el numeral 3 del apartado de consideraciones de la convocatoria para la elecci\u00f3n de delegados, se\u00f1ala que los aspirantes deber\u00e1n ser caracterizados por su buena conducta, lo que no demuestra Pe\u00f1a Ram\u00edrez.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>De acuerdo a una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n que se \u00edntegra en la Agencia del Ministerio P\u00fablico del Procedimiento Penal Acusatorio y Oral Adscrito a la Unidad General de Investigaci\u00f3n de Altamira, el se\u00f1or Ramiro Cort\u00e9s Resendiz, representado por Guadalupe Soto Rivera, denuncia penalmente a Patricio Pe\u00f1a Ram\u00edrez, Cirilo Moreno Hern\u00e1ndez, y a Carmelo Rangel Almaz\u00e1n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Refiere que es representante de la Uni\u00f3n de Ejidos del Sur de Tamaulipas &#8220;General L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas&#8221; y\/o Asociaci\u00f3n de Ejidos L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas, y que con fecha del 7 de octubre del 2020 se enter\u00f3 que hab\u00eda sido sustra\u00eddo un tractor New Holland, propiedad del Lic. Ramiro Cort\u00e9s, adquirido en beneficio de los integrantes de la agrupaci\u00f3n, de un predio de la misma habilitado como centro de recepci\u00f3n de granos y bodega de maquinaria agr\u00edcola que se ubica en el kil\u00f3metro 52 del ejido Cuauht\u00e9moc.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Tuvo conocimiento que la orden para que sustrajeran el tractor la dieron, sin ninguna autorizaci\u00f3n, Patricio Pe\u00f1a y Cirilo Moreno, aprovech\u00e1ndose del cargo que ten\u00edan como comisariado ejidal y secretario, respectivamente, del ejido Cuauht\u00e9moc, ejecut\u00e1ndola Carmelo Rangel quien se llev\u00f3 el veh\u00edculo a una galera de la colonia Jard\u00edn, de su propiedad.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Enmedio de la problem\u00e1tica y d\u00edas antes a los hechos denunciados, el afectado y unos integrantes de la Uni\u00f3n de Ejidos del Sur de Tamaulipas, tuvieron un incidente con Patricio Pe\u00f1a y Cirilo Moreno, quienes los amenazaron y les advirtieron que les quemar\u00edan veh\u00edculos de su propiedad que estuvieran en &#8220;su ejido&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cabe se\u00f1alar que el numeral 3 del apartado de consideraciones de la convocatoria para la elecci\u00f3n de delegados, en concordancia con el art\u00edculo 80 del C\u00f3digo Municipal de Tamaulipas, refieren que las personas que aspiran al puesto de delegados, deber\u00e1n caracterizarse por su buena conducta y que tengan su domicilio en el lugar donde desempe\u00f1ar\u00e1n su funci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Es Acusado Penalmente Por Los Delitos De Robo Y Amenazas, Lo Que Contraviene A Lo Estipulado En La Convocatoria Correspondiente&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":32843,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-32842","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-altamira"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
