Madero, Tamaulipas.- El ayuntamiento de Madero esperar\u00e1 hasta fin de mes para que el concesionario de la plaza haga la entrega formal al municipio, esto al concluir el plazo de la concesi\u00f3n otorgada a la empresa Villa de Aguayo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c1lvaro Alejandro del \u00c1ngel Hern\u00e1ndez, director Jur\u00eddico en Madero, dijo que no han tenido comunicaci\u00f3n con ellos, por lo que ya est\u00e1n prepar\u00e1ndose legalmente para reclamar la plaza principal de la ciudad. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Destac\u00f3 que las autoridades esperan que la empresa concesionaria de la plaza &#8220;Isauro Alfaro&#8221;, haga entrega voluntaria de la misma. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Yo creo que estamos hablando de un par de d\u00edas, para ver las situaciones y ver qu\u00e9 si nos hace entrega de manera voluntaria&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Explic\u00f3 que en caso de no ser as\u00ed, estar\u00e1n por comenzar una acci\u00f3n legal, pero detall\u00f3 que la instrucci\u00f3n del alcalde es que la plaza sea entregada a la brevedad posible, siempre respetando los tiempos y marcos legales que se establecen. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que esperar\u00e1n hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda del mes de mayo, para que sea entregada y evitar un proceso legal.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
