Madero, Tamaulipas.- Gran\u00a0 inconformidad entre los padres de familia, caus\u00f3 la revisi\u00f3n que se hizo con detectores de metales, de las mochilas de los alumnos de la Escuela Secundaria T\u00e9cnica No. 19 , &#8220;Natividad Garza Leal&#8221;, ubicada en la colonia 20 de noviembre de Ciudad Madero. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Los padres de familia aseguraron que nunca se les pidi\u00f3 su consentimiento para esta acci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Fue en la entrada de los alumnos, que se hizo la revisi\u00f3n para detectar a los estudiantes que tra\u00edan consigo tel\u00e9fonos celulares, motivo por el cual, argumentaron autoridades educativas del plantel, se hizo la revisi\u00f3n con los detectores de metales.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Al respecto, el regidor presidente de la comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n, Edgar Avalos Dom\u00ednguez, dijo que las autoridades de una escuela no pueden intervenir en la mochila de los alumnos, pues deben estar los padres enterados y presentes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Nosotros no podemos manipular los art\u00edculos de los ni\u00f1os, y en este caso el director es quien debe hablar con la Sociedad de Padres de Familia y ellos a su vez a los padres de familia avisar a los pap\u00e1s&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Explic\u00f3 que en caso que se haya realizado alg\u00fan operativo mochila o de revisi\u00f3n sin seguir los protocolos, el \u00e1rea jur\u00eddica del CREDE es quien debe intervenir y asistir, pues son ellos los que deben determinar si existe alguna sanci\u00f3n contra los directivos de la escuela.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
