{"id":30400,"date":"2022-04-27T17:38:27","date_gmt":"2022-04-27T23:38:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=30400"},"modified":"2022-04-27T17:38:27","modified_gmt":"2022-04-27T23:38:27","slug":"otro-reves-para-ya-saben-quien-trife-invalida-proceso-de-revoacion-de-mandato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/27\/otro-reves-para-ya-saben-quien-trife-invalida-proceso-de-revoacion-de-mandato\/","title":{"rendered":"OTRO REV\u00c9S PARA YA SABEN QUIEN, TRIFE INVALIDA PROCESO DE REVOACION DE MANDATO."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La decisi\u00f3n obedece a que no se alcanz\u00f3 el 40% de la participaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima que establece la Constituci\u00f3n, pues solo participaron 16.5 millones de ciudadanos, equivalentes a 17.7%.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Este 27 de abril, el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial aprob\u00f3 declarar que el proceso de revocaci\u00f3n a mandato del presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador no tiene validez al no logar el 40 por ciento de la participaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En el proceso que se realiz\u00f3 el pasado 10 de abril se confirm\u00f3 que participaron 16 millones 502 mil 636 personas, lo que representa solamente el 17.77 por ciento de la Lista Nominal de Electores.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Solo vot\u00f3 el 17.7% de los inscritos en la lista nominal de electores<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En sesi\u00f3n solemne, el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF) declar\u00f3 la invalidez del ejercicio de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato celebrado el pasado 10 de abril, en virtud de que no se alcanz\u00f3 el 40% de la participaci\u00f3n, que establece la Constituci\u00f3n.
