{"id":3017,"date":"2020-02-26T16:27:51","date_gmt":"2020-02-26T22:27:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=3017"},"modified":"2020-02-26T16:27:51","modified_gmt":"2020-02-26T22:27:51","slug":"maderenses-aprovechan-beneficios-en-el-pago-del-impuesto-predial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2020\/02\/26\/maderenses-aprovechan-beneficios-en-el-pago-del-impuesto-predial\/","title":{"rendered":"MADERENSES APROVECHAN BENEFICIOS EN EL PAGO DEL IMPUESTO PREDIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responden ciudadanos al pago del impuesto Predial, aprovechando los descuentos que el Gobierno de Ciudad Madero est\u00e1 otorgando por pronto pago y en recargos, gastos de ejecuci\u00f3n y cobranza a quienes no est\u00e1n al corriente con su contribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El subdirector de Ingresos del Ayuntamiento, Eduardo Andrade D\u00edaz, inform\u00f3 que el Municipio ha recaudado m\u00e1s de veinte millones de pesos por este concepto en lo que va del a\u00f1o, lo que demuestra la responsabilidad de los maderenses para cumplir en el pago de sus contribuciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa respuesta de los contribuyentes ha sido positiva, la ciudadan\u00eda ha aprovechado este beneficio y hemos obtenido una recaudaci\u00f3n importante, ya que propietarios con adeudos de diez a\u00f1os y hasta quince a\u00f1os han acudido a regularizar su situaci\u00f3n ante esta oficina\u201d, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3016 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/presdial-1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"509\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que hasta el d\u00eda \u00faltimo de febrero, el Gobierno maderense estar\u00e1 brindando el beneficio del 100% en recargos, gastos de ejecuci\u00f3n y cobranza a quienes mantienen adeudo de a\u00f1os anteriores, as\u00ed como el 10% en el impuesto Predial de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Andrade D\u00edaz se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta campa\u00f1a de descuentos fue propuesta por el alcalde Adri\u00e1n Oseguera Kernion y aprobada por el Cabildo pensando en la econom\u00eda de la ciudadan\u00eda maderense, lo que se reflejar\u00e1 en m\u00e1s obra y mejores servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cabe hacer menci\u00f3n que en el mes de marzo se otorgar\u00e1 un descuento del 8% por pronto pago y un 5% en el mes de abril<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responden ciudadanos al pago del impuesto Predial, aprovechando los descuentos que el Gobierno de Ciudad Madero est\u00e1 otorgando por pronto&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3017","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-madero"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
