{"id":29343,"date":"2022-03-29T14:46:43","date_gmt":"2022-03-29T20:46:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=29343"},"modified":"2022-03-29T14:46:43","modified_gmt":"2022-03-29T20:46:43","slug":"hostigamiento-por-despachos-de-cobranza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/03\/29\/hostigamiento-por-despachos-de-cobranza\/","title":{"rendered":"HOSTIGAMIENTO POR DESPACHOS DE COBRANZA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>En aumento la queja de clientes ante el hostigamiento del personal de despachos de cobranza intermediarios entre la Entidad Financiera y el Deudor, cuyos clientes confirman emiten procedimientos fuera de la ley que afectan de manera psicol\u00f3gica a los deudores.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En la zona sur de Tamaulipas va en aumento la queja por parte de clientes por el hostigamiento que reciben de personal de despachos de cobranza que fungen como intermediarios entre la entidad financiera y el deudor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Este hecho en la mayor\u00eda de las ocasiones al decir de expertos en esta materia, se desarrollan fuera de la ley, ya que los procedimientos no cumplen con algunos art\u00edculos para el proceso conciliatorio como el negociar y reestructurar los cr\u00e9ditos, pr\u00e9stamos o financiamientos, simplemente en desacreditar al deudor y evidenciarlo ante la sociedad con los m\u00e9todos agresivos e intimidatorios.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El exhorto es para que el cliente de estar en una situaci\u00f3n de este tipo, y que ya se vea \u201cacorralado\u201d y con afectaciones psicol\u00f3gicas, ante la nula comprensi\u00f3n y acuerdo de la empresa o entidad financiera, denunciar el acoso y da\u00f1o por no cumplirse los procedimientos de ley.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En aumento la queja de clientes ante el hostigamiento del personal de despachos de cobranza intermediarios entre la Entidad Financiera&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":29344,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-29343","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tampico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
