{"id":2902,"date":"2020-02-22T14:58:26","date_gmt":"2020-02-22T20:58:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=2902"},"modified":"2020-02-22T14:58:26","modified_gmt":"2020-02-22T20:58:26","slug":"solo-existen-detalles-minimos-en-los-nuevos-mercados-municipales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2020\/02\/22\/solo-existen-detalles-minimos-en-los-nuevos-mercados-municipales\/","title":{"rendered":"SOLO EXISTEN DETALLES \u201cM\u00cdNIMOS\u201d EN LOS NUEVOS MERCADOS MUNICIPALES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durante el proceso de entrega recepci\u00f3n de la obra de los nuevos mercados municipales de Tampico hasta el momento s\u00f3lo han sido encontrado detalles en los acabados, de los cuales se est\u00e1 tomando nota para que sean corregidos por la constructora.<\/p>\n<p>Informo lo anterior el Secretario municipal de Obras P\u00fablicas en Tampico, Pedro Pablo Cerrillos, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estos detalles\u00a0 o afectan la seguridad ni operatividad de los mercados ya que son detalles m\u00ednimos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que la obra se est\u00e1 revisando de forma minuciosa para en caso de detectar irregularidades hacer v\u00e1lidas las fianzas de vicios ocultos, mismas que pueden tener una vigencia desde un mes hasta un a\u00f1o, dependiendo del concepto.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2763 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/mercado-1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"485\" height=\"323\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cYa estamos verificando los planos que coincidan con lo construido, hemos encontrado detalles muy peque\u00f1os, son insignificantes, son acabados, limpiezas, cosas muy simples que no afectan en la seguridad estabilidad ni en la operaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n hemos encontrado que faltan algunos elementos que no se instalaron, pero desconocemos si el proyecto lo consideraba en el contrato o si son conceptos extraordinarios\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que en la zona de pescados y mariscos hacen falta charolas de acero inoxidable, de las que se desconoce si entran o no en el contrato.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante el proceso de entrega recepci\u00f3n de la obra de los nuevos mercados municipales de Tampico hasta el momento s\u00f3lo&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2902","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-tampico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
