subsiste jur\u00eddicamente\u201d, expres\u00f3 al mismo tiempo que asegur\u00f3 que legal y jur\u00eddicamente cuentan con toda la certeza en torno al proceso interno de selecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa decisi\u00f3n de la sala superior no es de ninguna manera una decisi\u00f3n que revoque el registro de la candidatura del Doctor Villarreal, y no afecta la ruta que sigue MORENA en el proceso electoral ya de cara al inicio formal de las campa\u00f1as\u201d, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3 a que el fallo de la sala superior \u00fanicamente revoca la decisi\u00f3n del Tribunal electoral de Tamaulipas para que hagan una revisi\u00f3n integral de los agravios expuestos por la inconforme, ante lo que ya est\u00e1 previamente dictaminado y que corrobora que el proceso interno de MORENA fue apegado a derecho.<\/p>\n<p>Estas declaraciones se dieron en el marco de un encuentro con medios de comunicaci\u00f3n en donde tambi\u00e9n estuvo presente el delegado del comit\u00e9 ejecutivo nacional de MORENA en Tamaulipas, Ernesto Palacios quien reafirm\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que la decisi\u00f3n de la sala superior, no cambia la designaci\u00f3n hecha por el partido, solamente obliga al tribunal electoral de Tamaulipas a ser exhaustivo en sus respuestas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cla decisi\u00f3n de MORENA sobre su precandidato sigue firme como desde el primer d\u00eda, el registro es \u00fanico y sigue firme\u201d, manifest\u00f3 el delegado nacional de MORENA.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
