ALTAMIRA, TAM.- Un terreno ha causado conflicto familiar de un ejidatario con sus hermanas en el Edijo Medrano del municipio de Altamira, Cristina, Marina y San Juana Chaves Flores, denunciaron que su hermano las quiere despojar de un terreno que les heredaron sus padres, a un costado de este ejido y que legalmente tienen el Permiso de Pemex para hacer uso de la propiedad, pues la paraestatal lo expropio hace algunos a\u00f1os para instalar unos ductos.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0Narraron que el hermano aprovech\u00e1ndose de que son mujeres, cuenta con el apoyo de los ejidatarios, con quienes planean repartirse lo que obtengan de la venta del predio con un \u00e1rea de diez hect\u00e1reas, esta situaci\u00f3n adem\u00e1s de ser injusta, representa un acto de corrupci\u00f3n y\u00a0 abuso de la autoridad, representada en el Comisario Ejidal Alejandro Castillo.<\/em><\/p>\n

“Ayer tiraron el cerco y se metieron a limpiar, ya marcaron algunos lotes, ten\u00edamos ganado y ahora no lo encontramos, se salieron, legalmente somos posesionarias y el predio es de Pemex porque ellos tienen derecho de v\u00eda, no se puede vender, por lo tanto quien compre va tener muchos problemas”, dijo Cristina Ch\u00e1vez.<\/em><\/p>\n

Alertaron a la ciudadan\u00eda de abstenerse de comprar estos predios lotificados en el ejido Medrano, pues se trata de un fraude, ante lo cual acompa\u00f1adas de su representante legal interpondr\u00e1n la denuncia correspondiente ante la Fiscal\u00eda de Tamaulipas por la apropiaci\u00f3n ilegal de propiedad privada, abuso, venta de propiedad ajena, cohecho y lo que resulte contra su hermano y las autoridades ejidales.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
