{"id":28493,"date":"2022-02-25T15:20:51","date_gmt":"2022-02-25T21:20:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=28493"},"modified":"2022-02-25T15:20:51","modified_gmt":"2022-02-25T21:20:51","slug":"sistema-dif-atiende-4-carpetas-de-investigacion-por-abusos-a-menores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/02\/25\/sistema-dif-atiende-4-carpetas-de-investigacion-por-abusos-a-menores\/","title":{"rendered":"SISTEMA DIF ATIENDE 4 CARPETAS DE INVESTIGACI\u00d3N POR ABUSOS A MENORES."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El sistema para el desarrollo integral de la familia trabaja en conjunto con la fiscal\u00eda General de justicia del estado en cuatro carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n por maltrato, agresiones y violaci\u00f3n hacia los menores.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El procurador de la defensa del menor, de la mujer, de la familia y asuntos jur\u00eddicos, Luis Llorente Herrera inform\u00f3 que cada vez m\u00e1s son recurrentes los casos de violencia en contra de menores, el sistema DIF los apoya en todos los juicios que se llevaban a cabo con el fin de disminuir los \u00edndices de agresiones a los infantes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Ahorita trabajamos en cuatro carpetas de juicios orales lo que es maltrato, sustracci\u00f3n y abuso sexual, estamos laborando un abogado de aqu\u00ed y un servidor nos estamos turnando, organizando e incluso ya solicit\u00e9 apoyo de una abogada m\u00e1s qu\u00e9 se va a ocupar casi al 100 por ciento&#8221;, dijo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Asegur\u00f3 que los casos por lo delicado que son la identidad de los menores no ser\u00e1n revelada, ni de los agresores, hasta el momento contin\u00faan en colaboraci\u00f3n con las diferentes autoridades para realizar la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Principalmente abusos sexuales tocamientos maltrato infantil es por eso que reitero estamos trabajando de la mano con la fiscal\u00eda atendiendo todos y cada uno de los asuntos que nos solicita la fiscal\u00eda as\u00ed mismo tambi\u00e9n algunas quejas que tenemos denuncias&#8221;, comento.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que mantienen a una menor de 15 a\u00f1os en resguardo por las mismas circunstancias, indic\u00f3 que los casos m\u00e1s frecuentes se presentan en ese rango de edad en la que los ni\u00f1os son v\u00edctimas.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El sistema para el desarrollo integral de la familia trabaja en conjunto con la fiscal\u00eda General de justicia del estado&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":28494,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-28493","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tampico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
