Al asistir a la inauguraci\u00f3n del nuevo edificio Insignia 409 de la empresa Avalon Properties, ubicada sobre la avenida Faja de Oro, el Presidente Municipal Chucho Nader destac\u00f3 que el clima de seguridad que existe en Tampico y en la zona conurbada ha generado confianza entre la poblaci\u00f3n y certidumbre por parte de los inversionistas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El jefe de la comuna agradeci\u00f3 a la empresa desarrolladora, por construir este moderno espacio vertical de ocho niveles, mediante una inversi\u00f3n de 450 millones de pesos, en una de las zonas con mejor ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica en el municipio.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“No todos los d\u00edas se recibe este tipo de inversiones tan importantes para nuestra ciudad, donde adem\u00e1s de generar empleo y derrama econ\u00f3mica; propician certidumbre y bienestar entre los habitantes de esta zona”, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Chucho Nader se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la sinergia lograda con el Gobierno del Estado, la sociedad civil y los sectores productivos ha sido la clave para transformar la imagen de Tampico en una ciudad m\u00e1s limpia, segura, ordenada y con mayor disciplina.<\/p>\n

“Con el apoyo del Gobernador del Estado, Francisco Garc\u00eda Cabeza de Vaca, estamos creando las condiciones que brinden certidumbre y seguridad al sector inversionista, a fin de que sigan considerando a Tampico como destino de sus proyectos de desarrollo”, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Por su parte el Director General de Grupo NMS Capital, Sergio Guti\u00e9rrez Osuna precis\u00f3 que Insignia 409 representa un activo importante para visibilizar el crecimiento y desarrollo de la regi\u00f3n, al dar cuenta de una mayor infraestructura, seguridad ciudadana, bienestar social, estabilidad a la inversi\u00f3n, generaci\u00f3n de empleo y crecimiento econ\u00f3mico en Tampico.<\/p>\n
