{"id":27625,"date":"2022-02-01T08:33:10","date_gmt":"2022-02-01T14:33:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=27625"},"modified":"2022-02-01T08:33:10","modified_gmt":"2022-02-01T14:33:10","slug":"sancionaran-a-empresa-de-pipa-causante-de-explosion-en-miramar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/02\/01\/sancionaran-a-empresa-de-pipa-causante-de-explosion-en-miramar\/","title":{"rendered":"SANCIONARAN A EMPRESA DE PIPA CAUSANTE DE EXPLOSI\u00d3N EN MIRAMAR."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>ALTAMIRA, TAM.- Ante el registro de la explosi\u00f3n de una pipa que conten\u00eda residuos de chapopote en el sector Miramar del municipio de Altamira, Mar\u00eda Luisa Cuevas asignada a Protecci\u00f3n Civil Altamira, se\u00f1ala que el hecho ocurri\u00f3 por negligencia y se est\u00e1 analizando la sancion que deber\u00e1 proceder contra los responsables.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Dijo que la explosi\u00f3n ocurri\u00f3 en la Calle chihuahua entre 6ta y 7ma del mencionado sector, donde por fortuna no se presentaron v\u00edctimas humanas, pero si perdidas en dos veh\u00edculos estacionados y las ventanas de algunos domicilios, las cuales resultaron da\u00f1adas por el movimiento de paredes tras el estruendo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Refiri\u00f3 que se hicieron todas las indagatorias y el caso lo est\u00e1 llevando la Fiscal\u00eda, pues a pesar de que no se ha logrado dar con los due\u00f1os del negocio de soldadura, ya se tiene la raz\u00f3n social de la empresa propietaria de la pipa, los cuales deber\u00e1n responder por los da\u00f1os, de acuerdo al peritaje.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;La explosi\u00f3n se dio porque se sobre presiono el tanque, la pipa estuvo a una exposici\u00f3n de calor, saliendo disparada la tapa sur por el calentamiento impactando como un proyectil a un veh\u00edculo ubicado en el cono sur o trasero y en la parte frontal termino por impactar la unidad porque tras el impacto se movi\u00f3 hacia adelante quedando arriba de otro veh\u00edculo&#8221;, se\u00f1alo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Dijo que estas actividades no est\u00e1n permitidas, por lo que se est\u00e1 consultando con la Fiscal\u00eda la sanci\u00f3n que debe proceder, pues ni transito ni protecci\u00f3n civil pudieron intervenir, ya que no hay da\u00f1os por veh\u00edculos en movimiento ni personas lesionadas, pero si una aparente negligencia por parte del transportista y los due\u00f1os del taller.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ALTAMIRA, TAM.- Ante el registro de la explosi\u00f3n de una pipa que conten\u00eda residuos de chapopote en el sector Miramar&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":27626,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-27625","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-altamira"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
