{"id":27619,"date":"2022-01-31T18:46:35","date_gmt":"2022-02-01T00:46:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=27619"},"modified":"2022-01-31T18:46:35","modified_gmt":"2022-02-01T00:46:35","slug":"otorga-tampico-descuento-por-pronto-pago-a-locatarios-del-nuevo-mercado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/01\/31\/otorga-tampico-descuento-por-pronto-pago-a-locatarios-del-nuevo-mercado\/","title":{"rendered":"OTORGA TAMPICO DESCUENTO \u201cPOR PRONTO PAGO\u201d A LOCATARIOS DEL NUEVO MERCADO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El Presidente Municipal Chucho Nader dio a conocer que con el prop\u00f3sito de apoyar la econom\u00eda de los locatarios del Mercado de Tampico, durante los \u00faltimos siete a\u00f1os, han sido favorecidos con la exenci\u00f3n en el pago del Derecho de piso, por lo que a partir de este 2022 se iniciar\u00e1 con el cobro del mismo, sin embargo, precis\u00f3 que esta contribuci\u00f3n incluye descuentos por pronto pago.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El mandatario explic\u00f3 que durante el proceso de construcci\u00f3n del nuevo centro de abastos, los oferentes ocuparon los mercados temporales, absorbiendo para ello el municipio, el gasto por el consumo de agua potable, energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y gas L.P.; adem\u00e1s de las rentas que durante cinco a\u00f1os se pagaron por el uso de las bodegas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Durante el proceso de asignaci\u00f3n de locales en el nuevo mercado municipal, se estableci\u00f3 un acuerdo con todos los locatarios, para efectuar el cobro en el pago del derecho de piso y la mayor\u00eda de ellos estuvo de acuerdo en esta medida, por lo que es importante precisar que en el gobierno municipal, les hemos dado todas las facilidades a los oferentes para que operen sin esta carga fiscal, de tal manera que sea rentable su actividad&#8221;, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Chucho Nader expuso que una vez inaugurado el nuevo mercado y por espacio de sus dos primeros a\u00f1os de operaci\u00f3n, los locatarios fueron nuevamente beneficiados con la condonaci\u00f3n del pago municipal, por lo que a partir de febrero tendr\u00e1n que cumplir con esta responsabilidad fiscal.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Nos dimos a la tarea de dialogar con la gran mayor\u00eda de los locatarios y llegamos a un acuerdo de cobrar el equivalente a cinco Uma\u00b4s (Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n) a los comerciantes con los tramos m\u00e1s grandes y de tres Uma\u00b4s a los peque\u00f1os oferentes; posteriormente hicimos un descuento quedando en cuatro y dos Uma\u00b4s, respectivamente, d\u00e1ndoles, adem\u00e1s, el beneficio del 50 por ciento si realizan el pago durante el mes de febrero&#8221;, detall\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El Alcalde precis\u00f3 que el mantenimiento anual del nuevo mercado cuesta al municipio siete millones de pesos, recurso que -dijo- proviene de las contribuciones que realizan todos los tampique\u00f1os.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Si todos los locatarios cumplen con el pago de sus cuotas, obtendremos un ingreso de tan solo tres millones de pesos, por lo que todav\u00eda tendremos que seguir subsidiando el mantenimiento del mercado&#8221;, apunt\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Presidente Municipal Chucho Nader dio a conocer que con el prop\u00f3sito de apoyar la econom\u00eda de los locatarios del&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":15826,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-27619","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tampico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
