{"id":26651,"date":"2022-01-03T18:08:56","date_gmt":"2022-01-04T00:08:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=26651"},"modified":"2022-01-03T18:08:56","modified_gmt":"2022-01-04T00:08:56","slug":"tampico-pedira-al-inah-recategorizacion-de-edificios-historicos-en-riesgo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/01\/03\/tampico-pedira-al-inah-recategorizacion-de-edificios-historicos-en-riesgo\/","title":{"rendered":"TAMPICO PEDIR\u00c1 AL INAH RECATEGORIZACI\u00d3N DE EDIFICIOS HIST\u00d3RICOS EN RIESGO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Luego de que el fuerte norte registrado el pasado domingo originara, entre otras afectaciones, la ca\u00edda de un muro en una antigua construcci\u00f3n de la zona centro, el Presidente municipal Chucho Nader dio a conocer que se buscar\u00e1 un acercamiento con las autoridades del Instituto Nacional de Antropolog\u00eda e Historia para una posible valoraci\u00f3n y recategorizaci\u00f3n de las edificaciones antiguas, con el prop\u00f3sito de que, las que presenten alg\u00fan tipo de riesgo, sean susceptibles a la rehabilitaci\u00f3n o remodelaci\u00f3n por parte de sus propietarios.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El jefe edilicio record\u00f3 que una vez que se tuvo conocimiento de la ca\u00edda de uno de los muros del edificio ubicado en la esquina de las calles Benito Ju\u00e1rez y \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n de la zona centro, personal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Obras P\u00fablicas, Bomberos y Servicios P\u00fablicos, apoyados por la Polic\u00eda Estatal, se present\u00f3 en el sitio para llevar a cabo las acciones de protecci\u00f3n, retiro de escombro y demolici\u00f3n de las dem\u00e1s paredes, a fin de evitar un riesgo mayor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Indic\u00f3 que se trat\u00f3 de una acci\u00f3n coordinada que tuvo como fin garantizar la seguridad de peatones y comerciantes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El mandatario revel\u00f3 que con el prop\u00f3sito de evitar que en el futuro se presente una situaci\u00f3n similar, se buscar\u00e1 un acercamiento con el Instituto Nacional de Antropolog\u00eda e Historia para determinar un mecanismo que permita la recategorizaci\u00f3n del padr\u00f3n de edificios hist\u00f3ricos y la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de aquellos que representen alg\u00fan peligro.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;He girado la instrucci\u00f3n al Arquitecto Carlos de la Rosa, Secretario de Desarrollo Urbano, para coordinarse con el INAH con el fin de llevar a cabo una revisi\u00f3n extraordinaria de los edificios antiguos que se encuentran dentro del cat\u00e1logo de edificios hist\u00f3ricos de este instituto, con el objetivo de valorar las condiciones en las que se encuentran; y evitar que en el futuro se presente alg\u00fan accidente que tengamos que lamentar&#8221;, dijo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Chucho Nader expuso que los inmuebles catalogados dentro del patrimonio hist\u00f3rico del INAH, son edificaciones que no pueden ser sometidas a rehabilitaciones u obras de modernizaci\u00f3n, por lo que pidi\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n del organismo para evaluar las condiciones estructurales de estos edificios.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mencion\u00f3 que se coordinar\u00e1n acciones con la propia C\u00e1mara Nacional de Comercio y los propietarios de los inmuebles para encontrar una soluci\u00f3n preventiva, pues, dijo, se esperan nuevos frentes fr\u00edos para las pr\u00f3ximas semanas y meses.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Es importante saber que somos respetuosos de la Ley, por ello esperamos que el INAH autorice la ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras; y sean los particulares, quienes puedan rehabilitar sus edificaciones.
