Madero, Tamaulipas.- Alrededor de 41 millones de pesos es el rezago del impuesto Predial de este 2021 en Ciudad Madero.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El director de finanzas, Carlo Alberto Gonz\u00e1lez Portes, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, en promedio, durante cada ejercicio fiscal se logra recaudar entre el 45 y 55 por ciento del padr\u00f3n de contribuyentes de este impuesto.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mencion\u00f3 que por esta raz\u00f3n, es que se decidi\u00f3 por parte del cabildo y del presidente municipal, llevar a cabo una serie de acciones y descuentos para que a partir de enero del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, se pueda regularizar la situaci\u00f3n de muchos contribuyentes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Expuso que es durante el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o, que la ley les permite otorgar descuentos a todos los contribuyentes en general, por ello es que se aplican distintos porcentajes durante el mes de enero, febrero y tambi\u00e9n en marzo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Gonz\u00e1lez Portes, hizo referencia, que es la direcci\u00f3n de ingresos quien lleva a cabo el registro de los deudores del impuesto predial y entre los que existen empresas que no est\u00e1n al corriente, sin querer mencionar nombres.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
