Madero, Tamaulipas.- El 60 por ciento de las personas lesionadas en choques, pierden alguna extremidad o hasta la vida, derivado de los accidentes. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La tesorera de la agrupaci\u00f3n de discapacitados de Tampico, Madero y Altamira, Norma Edith Castillo Portales, dijo que en la zona sur de Tamaulipas no hay cultura vial, pues los conductores usan los tel\u00e9fonos celulares mientras conducen, adem\u00e1s de pasarse los altos, ya que los peatones cruzan las calles sin fijarse o sin respetar que hay un sem\u00e1foro en verde.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Expuso que regularmente los tripulantes de las unidades quedan prensadas, lo que genera que pierdan una pierna, un abrazo o ambas extremidades, aunque en El peor de los casos los involucrados llegan a perder la vida.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mencion\u00f3 que es necesario que exista mayor conciencia de parte de la poblaci\u00f3n para evitar este tipo de situaciones, aunque dijo que un accidente puede pasar en cualquier momento.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n faltan acciones preventivas por parte de las autoridades para tratar de hacer conciencia sobre la importancia de conducir de forma adecuada.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
