Madero, Tamaulipas.- Al ser el municipio de Madero un destino importante, ha despertado inter\u00e9s de inversionistas para llegar a establecerse en esta ciudad.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ram\u00f3n G\u00f3mez Narv\u00e1ez, director de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico en Madero, dijo que el espacio que buscan es el m\u00e1ximo paseo tur\u00edstico, donde incluso ya existen algunos proyectos contemplados, de los cuales no quiso dar detalle.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Hay mucho inter\u00e9s en playa, ya hay ah\u00ed muchos proyectos en diversas \u00e1reas que los inversionistas quieren desarrollar&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Entre los temas que est\u00e1n en proceso, es un conjunto habitacional, uno comercial y un hotelero.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Detall\u00f3 que no puede dar mayores datos, debido a que a\u00fan no se aterriza formalmente y es inversi\u00f3n nacional.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que los interesados surgieron y se acercaron en una reuni\u00f3n, donde se acerc\u00f3 un empresario de la rama de la construcci\u00f3n quiere construir casa de retiro para jubilados.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
