{"id":25574,"date":"2021-11-26T18:31:32","date_gmt":"2021-11-27T00:31:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=25574"},"modified":"2021-11-26T18:31:32","modified_gmt":"2021-11-27T00:31:32","slug":"edificios-historicos-de-tampico-con-riesgo-a-desplomarse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2021\/11\/26\/edificios-historicos-de-tampico-con-riesgo-a-desplomarse\/","title":{"rendered":"EDIFICIOS HIST\u00d3RICOS DE TAMPICO CON RIESGO A DESPLOMARSE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>En el primer cuadro de la cuidad porte\u00f1a se tiene en riesgo de desplom\u00e9 tres edificios antiguos, uno de ellos fue clausurado ante el riesgo de desprendimientos en su fachada.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Carlos de la rosa Duran, Secretario de desarrollo Urbano indic\u00f3 que el edificio de Telmex fue clausurado por el deterior\u00f3 en sus instalaciones, el riesgo es latente por las personas que transitan en dicha arter\u00eda.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Ellos tienen 10 d\u00edas de acuerdo a la ley para ofrecer una respuesta, y para responder a la clausura de la edificaci\u00f3n y poder intervenir en este edificio porque est\u00e1 catalogado por el instituto nacional de antropolog\u00eda e historia que tiene que ser validado por la instituci\u00f3n federal, esta licencia ya la tienen, fue tramitada porque ellos tienen una arquitecta especialista en restauraci\u00f3n de edificios y monumentos hist\u00f3ricos, hicieron la gestor\u00eda para el proceso&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano afirm\u00f3 que el siguiente a\u00f1o el edificio debe estar restaurado y de no ser as\u00ed tendr\u00e1n una sanci\u00f3n equivalente a 100 mil pesos, Cuando se detecta una falla est\u00e1n obligados a construir un templete para proteger a los peatones.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;La empresa dio la instrucci\u00f3n para empezar la restauraci\u00f3n de forma inmediata para evitar que siga estando afectada por este cierre; el tiempo estimado en la restauraci\u00f3n que tiene que estar avalado por el INAH es de 70 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles porque son intervenciones que se tienen que hacer a detalle para garantizar que las adherencias y la forja de las nuevas molduras que fueron desprendidas, se hagan de acuerdo a las especificaciones de la instituci\u00f3n federal.
