{"id":2504,"date":"2020-02-10T18:47:33","date_gmt":"2020-02-11T00:47:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=2504"},"modified":"2020-02-10T18:47:50","modified_gmt":"2020-02-11T00:47:50","slug":"2504","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2020\/02\/10\/2504\/","title":{"rendered":"APRUEBA AYUNTAMIENTO DE ALTAMIRA DESCUENTO DEL 100 POR CIENTO EN RECARGOS DEL PREDIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><em><strong>*En Sesi\u00f3n De Cabildo Donde Tambi\u00e9n Se Dio A Conocer La Revocaci\u00f3n De La Donaci\u00f3n Del Inmueble Del Mercado Municipal, Pasando Al Patrimonio Del Municipio De Altamira<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la vig\u00e9sima novena sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de cabildo, presidida por la alcaldesa Alma Laura Ampar\u00e1n Cruz, el Ayuntamiento de Altamira aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad aplicar el cien por ciento de descuento en recargos, gastos de ejecuci\u00f3n y cobranza a los contribuyentes que cuenten con adeudo del impuesto predial de ejercicios fiscales anteriores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, se cont\u00f3 con la comparecencia del secretario de Finanzas y Administraci\u00f3n, V\u00edctor Manuel Joffre Mora, quien indic\u00f3 que por instrucciones de la presidenta municipal Alma Laura Ampar\u00e1n, la vigencia de este beneficio ser\u00e1 del 1 al 29 de febrero del 2020, prolongando as\u00ed esta importante medida establecida desde el inicio del presente a\u00f1o para fortalecer la econom\u00eda familiar; la bonificaci\u00f3n antes aplica tanto a personas f\u00edsicas como morales, y a solares bald\u00edos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a este exitoso esquema, el Gobierno Municipal de Altamira ha logrado recaudar por concepto de impuesto predial un recurso superior a los 30 millones de pesos durante el mes de enero del 2020, superando lo cobrado durante el mismo periodo en a\u00f1os anteriores, demostr\u00e1ndose as\u00ed la confianza de los ciudadanos con el manejo honesto y responsable de los recursos p\u00fablicos por parte de la actual administraci\u00f3n municipal.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2502\" src=\"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/alma-5-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"767\" height=\"509\" \/><\/p>\n<p>MERCADO MUNICIPAL En otro punto del orden del d\u00eda, el secretario del Ayuntamiento, Cuauht\u00e9moc Zaleta Alonso, dio lectura al decreto n\u00famero 64-75 publicado el 6 de febrero del 2020 en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Estado de Tamaulipas donde se establece por parte del Congreso del Estado la revocaci\u00f3n de la donaci\u00f3n del inmueble que alberga el Mercado Municipal, pasando al patrimonio del Municipio de Altamira, Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera se deroga y queda sin efecto el decreto n\u00famero 41 publicado en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Estado de Tamaulipas con fecha del 30 de octubre de 1996, en el cual se aprob\u00f3 dicha donaci\u00f3n, autorizando al Republicano Ayuntamiento de Altamira la revocaci\u00f3n administrativa del contrato de donaci\u00f3n a favor de la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Patronato Pro-construcci\u00f3n del Mercado Municipal de la Ciudad de Altamira.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El decreto en menci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 que el Gobierno de Altamira se haga cargo del Mercado Municipal, para su reactivaci\u00f3n de una manera ordenada y responsable brindando certeza jur\u00eddica a los locatarios de este centro de abasto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*En Sesi\u00f3n De Cabildo Donde Tambi\u00e9n Se Dio A Conocer La Revocaci\u00f3n De La Donaci\u00f3n Del Inmueble Del Mercado Municipal,&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2504","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
