Madero, Tamaulipas.- La actual legislatura estatal, realiz\u00f3 cambios a la ley de hacienda, para evitar que se contin\u00faen cobrando tr\u00e1mites en la fiscal\u00eda de justicia del estado.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El diputado local, Jes\u00fas Su\u00e1rez Mata, dijo que hab\u00eda cobros hasta de 5 mil pesos por peritajes que se hac\u00edan y que ven\u00eda estipulado en la ley de hacienda estatal, algo que ya se quit\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que al igual que \u00e9ste, exist\u00edan muchos cobros m\u00e1s, algunos de los cuales se eliminaron, mientras que otros se redujo el costo, como en el caso de las cartas de no antecedentes penales.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Hizo referencia que esto era algo muy oneroso para el ciudadano que interpone una denuncia, pues asegur\u00f3, la justicia debe ser gratuita para todo ciudadano.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Menciono Su\u00e1rez Mata, es necesario que el ciudadano denuncie este tipo de cobros para evitar que se cometan abusos por parte de quienes trabajan en este lugar.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
