En la LXV Legislatura y en la Comisi\u00f3n de Presupuesto y Cuenta P\u00fablica de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, se ha abierto al di\u00e1logo ciudadano en el formato de Parlamento Abierto, destac\u00e1ndose que la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana es un aspecto fundamental de la democracia moderna que vive el pa\u00eds.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Erasmo Gonz\u00e1lez Robledo, Presidente de esta Comisi\u00f3n de Presupuesto y Cuenta P\u00fablica, reconoci\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de representantes de la sociedad civil, universidades, instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas, entre otras, para el an\u00e1lisis del Proyecto de Presupuesto de Egresos de la Federaci\u00f3n 2022.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En estas mesas de di\u00e1logo se han abordado diversas tem\u00e1ticas c\u00f3mo: &#8220;Desarrollo Social&#8221;, &#8220;Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico&#8221;, &#8220;Gasto Federalizado&#8221;, &#8220;Gobierno&#8221;, &#8220;Presupuesto con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero\u201d, con el tema de metodolog\u00eda para la integraci\u00f3n del anexo XIII.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Es una prioridad del Gobierno Federal, estamos discutiendo la orientaci\u00f3n del gasto con un sentido de bienestar social. Nos ocupa que llegue presupuesto con mayor eficiencia y sobre todo tener nosotros mayor capacidad de analizarlo&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Erasmo Gonz\u00e1lez Robledo, insiste que el Presupuesto de Egresos es el instrumento a trav\u00e9s del cual el gobierno organiza los recursos p\u00fablicos, para ejercerlos de la manera m\u00e1s eficiente, en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cit\u00f3 como ejemplo el Desarrollo Social, que representa el porcentaje m\u00e1s amplio del Gasto P\u00fablico, y engloba temas como Educaci\u00f3n, Salud, Programas Sociales, Medio Ambiente, Protecci\u00f3n a la Infancia, y Cultura. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Son temas fundamentales para el desarrollo integral de las personas, representan el cumplimiento de los derechos humanos, y reflejan las prioridades que tenemos como sociedad&#8221;, concluy\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*El Parlamento Abierto Destaca La Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana En El PPEF 2022 \u00a0 Cd. de M\u00e9xico.
