{"id":23833,"date":"2021-10-11T09:26:03","date_gmt":"2021-10-11T15:26:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=23833"},"modified":"2021-10-11T09:26:03","modified_gmt":"2021-10-11T15:26:03","slug":"realiza-dif-tampico-semana-del-apapacho-en-beneficio-de-los-adultos-mayores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2021\/10\/11\/realiza-dif-tampico-semana-del-apapacho-en-beneficio-de-los-adultos-mayores\/","title":{"rendered":"REALIZA DIF TAMPICO SEMANA DEL APAPACHO EN BENEFICIO DE LOS ADULTOS MAYORES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Con el objetivo de brindar una atenci\u00f3n especial a las abuelitas y abuelitos que asisten a las Casas Club del Adulto Activo del Sistema DIF Tampico; se lleva a cabo el programa denominado &#8220;Semana del Apapacho&#8221;, mediante el cual se proporcionan de manera gratuita servicios de corte de pelo, pintado de u\u00f1as, depilaci\u00f3n de cejas, y pl\u00e1ticas motivacionales, entre muchos otros beneficios. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A\u00edda F\u00e9res de Nader, Presidenta del organismo explic\u00f3 que el prop\u00f3sito de esta campa\u00f1a es el generar bienestar entre los adultos mayores y facilitarles una serie de servicios que reflejen el cari\u00f1o y amor que el sistema DIF les tiene.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Queremos que se\u00a0 sientan queridos, que se liberen un poco del estr\u00e9s provocado por esta pandemia. Es muy importante que sepan que seguiremos estando cerca de ellos, atendiendo sus necesidades, pero lo m\u00e1s importante es que est\u00e9n contentos, y que no se sientan solos\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La Presidenta del sistema DIF agreg\u00f3 que el programa se lleva a cabo en las Casas Club del Adulto Activo ubicadas en las colonias Borreguera, Morelos, Infonavit, Esfuerzo Obrero, las Am\u00e9ricas y Nuevo amanecer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Detall\u00f3 que en estos espacios los adultos mayores acuden todos los d\u00edas a practicar actividades diversas como; gimnasia cerebral, acondicionamiento f\u00edsico, manualidades, pelota tarasca, cachibol, canto y baile; entre otras.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que cada Casa Club ofrece sus servicios en un horario de 8:00 de la ma\u00f1ana a 3:00 de la tarde de lunes a viernes y ah\u00ed, los abuelitos eligen la actividad a realizar, mismas que son complementadas con pl\u00e1ticas de orientaci\u00f3n legal sobre testamento, diabetes e hipertensi\u00f3n arterial;
