{"id":23820,"date":"2021-10-10T10:21:05","date_gmt":"2021-10-10T16:21:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=23820"},"modified":"2021-10-10T10:21:05","modified_gmt":"2021-10-10T16:21:05","slug":"el-ayuntamiento-de-altamira-autoriza-100-por-ciento-de-descuento-en-gastos-de-ejecucion-y-cobranza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2021\/10\/10\/el-ayuntamiento-de-altamira-autoriza-100-por-ciento-de-descuento-en-gastos-de-ejecucion-y-cobranza\/","title":{"rendered":"EL AYUNTAMIENTO DE ALTAMIRA AUTORIZA 100 POR CIENTO DE DESCUENTO EN GASTOS DE EJECUCI\u00d3N Y COBRANZA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>*Adem\u00e1s El Municipio Retoma El Control De Comapa<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>El Presidente Municipal de Altamira Armando Mart\u00ednez Manr\u00edquez y el cabildo aprobaron la revocaci\u00f3n de los convenios firmados en la administraci\u00f3n local pasada con el Gobierno Estatal para que administrara y operara la Comapa hasta por 60 meses.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Durante la segunda sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de cabildo celebrada este s\u00e1bado por la noche a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma zoom y tambi\u00e9n presencial, presidida por Armando Mart\u00ednez Manr\u00edquez alcalde de Altamira, se aprobaron acciones para la transformaci\u00f3n de la heroica ciudad.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Fue en punto de las 20:00 horas cuando dio inicio la segunda sesi\u00f3n ordinaria en la sala de cabildo, en donde por unanimidad en presencia de s\u00edndicos y regidores de manera h\u00edbrida, se aprob\u00f3 revocar los acuerdos firmados en los meses de marzo y mayo del presente a\u00f1o por la anterior administraci\u00f3n, que el Gobierno del Estado a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal del Agua se administrara y operara la Comapa.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>el Gobierno Municipal de Altamira sea quien administre y opere la Comisi\u00f3n Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado, por lo que la iniciativa del Ayuntamiento se enviar\u00e1 al Congreso del Estado de Tamaulipas para su aprobaci\u00f3n y posteriormente se publique en el Diario Oficial del Estado.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Adem\u00e1s, fue el Tesorero del Ayuntamiento, el Contador P\u00fablico Regino V\u00e1zquez Vega, quien explic\u00f3 el programa en beneficio para la ciudadan\u00eda que mantiene rezago en el pago del impuesto predial, siendo el descuento del 100 por ciento en gastos de ejecuci\u00f3n y cobranza a los contribuyentes que enfrentan un adeudo por este concepto, tema aprobado por unanimidad en el cabildo altamirense durante el periodo del 1 de octubre al mes de diciembre del 2021.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Se integr\u00f3 por unanimidad de parte de los s\u00edndicos y regidores el comit\u00e9 de compras encabezado por el segundo s\u00edndico Ricardo Vega Barr\u00f3n y el Tesorero Municipal Regino V\u00e1zquez Vega; de la misma forma se conform\u00f3 a quienes se har\u00e1n cargo de pleitos y cobranzas en material legal a favor del Gobierno Municipal de Altamira.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Asimismo, el alcalde Armando Mart\u00ednez Manr\u00edquez ley\u00f3 la solicitud de licencia de la regidora novena Rosa Isela Duque Garc\u00eda para ausentarse de su cargo por 15 d\u00edas del cuerpo edilicio, por convenir a sus intereses personales a partir del 11 de octubre del presente a\u00f1o, tema que se turn\u00f3 a consideraci\u00f3n para su aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Siendo las 20:55 minutos el Secretario del Ayuntamiento, Lic.
