Agua.<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>El presidente municipal Armando Mart\u00ednez Manr\u00edquez design\u00f3 a Omar Hern\u00e1ndez Leines como gerente general de la COMAPA Altamira, durante la sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n del organismo regulador del agua, encomend\u00e1ndole cercan\u00eda, gesti\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n y buen servicio a los usuarios para transformar a esta comisi\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>El jefe edilicio se\u00f1al\u00f3 que desde este momento, la COMAPA Altamira se convierte en el brazo derecho de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n del Gobierno Municipal, a\u00f1adiendo que hoy inicia una nueva etapa en la COMAPA Altamira, hoy inicia la reconstrucci\u00f3n de los sistemas de agua potable y alcantarillado, as\u00ed como de la planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales y de los diferentes c\u00e1rcamos que lamentablemente no est\u00e1n funcionando; &#8220;vamos a darle un nuevo rostro a la COMAPA Altamira porque la gente quiere agua de calidad&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Con amplia trayectoria en el servicio p\u00fablico que comprende m\u00e1s de dos d\u00e9cadas, Hern\u00e1ndez Leines es egresado de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Tamaulipas como ingeniero civil por la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda, cuenta con Maestr\u00eda en Ingenier\u00eda Portuaria y Obras Mar\u00edtimas por la UAT y Doctorado en Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Se comprometi\u00f3 a hacer de la Comisi\u00f3n Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Altamira un organismo eficiente y efectivo por el bienestar de Altamira, los altamirenses y la zona industrial, considerada una de las m\u00e1s grandes de Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Omar Hern\u00e1ndez Leines, ha dedicado su aprendizaje al desarrollo y progreso del sur de Tamaulipas, y dijo estar consciente de la problem\u00e1tica actual de la COMAPA Altamira, empezando su labor por la correcta operaci\u00f3n de los c\u00e1rcamos y las plantas potabilizadoras, as\u00ed como la de tratamiento de aguas residuales, por lo que se comprometi\u00f3 a trabajar honrada y profesionalmente, con ah\u00ednco y dando su mayor esfuerzo, para que el organismo ofrezca servicios de calidad.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>En ese sentido, refrend\u00f3 el compromiso conferido por el presidente municipal Armando Mart\u00ednez Manr\u00edquez, asegurando que laborar\u00e1 sin descanso por solucionar las complicaciones heredadas por administraciones anteriores para que las familias altamirenses tengan un servicio eficiente, con el abasto del vital l\u00edquido garantizado, cumpliendo as\u00ed con las indicaciones del alcalde comprendidas en la Transformaci\u00f3n de Altamira.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>De igual manera, Omar Leines expres\u00f3 su irrestricto compromiso de realizar una gesti\u00f3n de puertas abiertas para con la poblaci\u00f3n en general, de acuerdo con la encomienda del jefe de la comuna altamirense y encontrar una pronta soluci\u00f3n a la problem\u00e1tica que se viene presentando, con base a su experiencia en la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Asegur\u00f3 que la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n lleg\u00f3 al municipio de Altamira gracias a la visi\u00f3n y al compromiso que tiene con los altamirenses el alcalde Armando Mart\u00ednez Manr\u00edquez, para hacer de esta ciudad la m\u00e1s desarrollada en el Estado, con el prop\u00f3sito de alcanzar est\u00e1ndares internacionales de buen uso y manejo operativo del organismo operador del
