{"id":23581,"date":"2021-10-05T13:43:30","date_gmt":"2021-10-05T19:43:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=23581"},"modified":"2021-10-05T13:43:30","modified_gmt":"2021-10-05T19:43:30","slug":"menor-es-rescatada-por-el-dif-sufria-de-maltrato-por-parte-de-sus-padres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2021\/10\/05\/menor-es-rescatada-por-el-dif-sufria-de-maltrato-por-parte-de-sus-padres\/","title":{"rendered":"MENOR ES RESCATADA POR EL DIF, SUFR\u00cdA DE MALTRAT\u00d3 POR PARTE DE SUS PADRES."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Una ni\u00f1a de tan solo 11 fue rescata por el due\u00f1o de un establecimiento, la menor al encontrarse asustada pidi\u00f3 apoyo, al temor de regresar a su casa, por el maltrato f\u00edsico y psicol\u00f3gico al que era sometida, ya se encuentra en resguardo por el sistema para el desarrollo integral de la familia de Tampico.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El caso de la menor est\u00e1 siendo investigado, se present\u00f3 la denuncia penal por maltrat\u00f3 en contra de sus padres ante la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado, as\u00ed lo explico, Luis Llorente Herrera procurador de la defensa del Menor, la mujer, la familia y asuntos jur\u00eddicos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;La semana pasada nos lleg\u00f3 el caso, recibimos una persona empleada de un negocio de llantas donde nos dijo que una menor una noche anterior hab\u00eda llegado a resguardarse ya que manifestaba que sufr\u00eda maltrat\u00f3 y ten\u00eda miedo de regresar a su casa, indico la menor que se dedica a la venta de frituras, perdi\u00f3 50 pesos y no hab\u00eda comercializado todo el producto y que cuando eso suced\u00eda el pap\u00e1 la castigaba\u201d, dijo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La infante se encuentra en resguardo por el sistema DIF para mayor protecci\u00f3n, continuar\u00e1n con las investigaciones pertinentes, la ni\u00f1a fue evaluada f\u00edsicamente y psicolog\u00edceme se encontraron evidencias de maltrat\u00f3, la Fiscal\u00eda determinar\u00e1 si la menor permanecer\u00e1 en la casa hogar o ser\u00e1 regresada con sus padres.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una ni\u00f1a de tan solo 11 fue rescata por el due\u00f1o de un establecimiento, la menor al encontrarse asustada pidi\u00f3&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":23582,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-23581","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tampico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
