{"id":23499,"date":"2021-10-02T20:19:06","date_gmt":"2021-10-03T02:19:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=23499"},"modified":"2021-10-02T20:19:06","modified_gmt":"2021-10-03T02:19:06","slug":"dictan-sentencia-condenatoria-a-secuestrador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2021\/10\/02\/dictan-sentencia-condenatoria-a-secuestrador\/","title":{"rendered":"DICTAN SENTENCIA CONDENATORIA A SECUESTRADOR."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>*<\/em> <em>El Delito Registrado El 25 De Mayo Del 2017 En La Zona Centro De Reynosa<\/em><\/h2>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>Reynosa, Tamaulipas. &#8211; La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tamaulipas informa que fue dictada sentencia condenatoria de 50 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n en contra de Guilebaldo \u201cC\u201d por el delito de Secuestro Agravado. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Un Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento emiti\u00f3 la condena despu\u00e9s de que el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico present\u00f3 elementos que demostraron fehacientemente la responsabilidad del hoy condenado, en el citado delito registrado el 25 de mayo del 2017 en la zona centro de este municipio fronterizo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Asimismo, la autoridad judicial estableci\u00f3 que Guilebaldo \u201cC\u201d deber\u00e1 pagar una multa de 4 mil Unidades de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n, equivalentes a 301 mil 906 pesos, el pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s de una amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, la suspensi\u00f3n de sus derechos civiles y pol\u00edticos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Con este tipo de acciones, la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tamaulipas, refrenda su compromiso de perseguir y castigar a todos aquellos que atenten contra el patrimonio, la libertad y la integridad de los ciudadanos.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>* El Delito Registrado El 25 De Mayo Del 2017 En La Zona Centro De Reynosa \u00a0 \u00a0Reynosa, Tamaulipas. &#8211;&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":23500,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-23499","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tamaulipas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
