Madero, Tamaulipas.- Al realizar una gira de trabajo por el municipio de Ciudad Madero, el aspirante a la dirigencia nacional del sindicato petrolero, C\u00e9sar Pecero Lozano, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el entablar una huelga por parte de los trabajadores, no es la soluci\u00f3n a los problemas que pudieran existir en alguna relaci\u00f3n laboral.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Asegur\u00f3 que no se desarroll\u00f3 el proceso como debe ser y no se hizo en los tiempos correspondientes a la ley, ya que ni siquiera se constituy\u00f3 el comit\u00e9 de huelga, por lo que no ser\u00eda procedente este tipo de acciones, mucho menos en contra de una de las empresas m\u00e1s importantes del pa\u00eds como lo es petr\u00f3leos mexicanos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Porque no se constituy\u00f3 el comit\u00e9 de huelga desde un principio, antes de llevarse a cabo esto debi\u00f3 constituirse el comit\u00e9 de huelga y entregar el pliego petitorio del contrato colectivo de trabajo, ahorita ya es muy tarde, pero como ciudadano, como aspirante y petrolero, pienso que la huelga est\u00e1 mal, pienso que ya vivimos muchos problemas econ\u00f3micos por lo de la pandemia&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Consider\u00f3 que los conflictos podr\u00e1n subsanarse cuando los trabajadores voten libremente para la elecci\u00f3n del nuevo dirigente nacional del gremio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Indic\u00f3 Pecero Lozano, que se debe ser responsable y saber que pierden los trabajadores con este tipo de movimientos, por una simple huelga que no debe llevarse a cabo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>C\u00e9sar Pecero Lozano, sostuvo una reuni\u00f3n con deportistas, a quienes entreg\u00f3 equipo para que sigan practicando sus disciplinas, esto tras se\u00f1alar que el deporte es parte de la formaci\u00f3n de los ciudadanos de bien y de trabajadores disciplinados que brindar\u00e1n siempre buenos resultados.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Por su parte, la secci\u00f3n uno del sindicato petrolero, a trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, dio a conocer que este d\u00eda, participar\u00e1n sus dirigentes en la reuni\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n revisora del contrato colectivo de trabajo 2021-2023, a fin de analizar las prestaciones laborales.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
