*Con motivo de su primer aniversario luctuoso<\/em>.<\/h2>\n <\/p>\n
Cd. Madero, Tamaulipas.- Emotivo result\u00f3 el homenaje por el Primer Aniversario luctuoso del se\u00f1or Andr\u00e9s Portillo Villegas, quien fuera dirigente del Sindicato \u00danico de Trabajadores al Servicio de Honorable Ayuntamiento de Ciudad Madero, que se desarroll\u00f3 la tarde de este mi\u00e9rcoles en los patios de Servicios P\u00fablicos, donde los integrantes de este Departamento fueron los encargados de la organizaci\u00f3n, es importante hacer menci\u00f3n que el se\u00f1or Andr\u00e9s Portillo Villegas comenz\u00f3 a laborar como operador de las unidades recolectoras de basura e inici\u00f3 con la conformaci\u00f3n del SUTSHA, siempre con el firme objetivo de ayudar a la base trabajadora.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Durante el homenaje se cont\u00f3 con la presencia de su compa\u00f1era de vida, su esposa, se\u00f1ora Mar\u00eda Elena Alejo, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n del delegado Roberto Estrada y de Azael Portillo Alejo, Secretario General del SUTSHA.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s acudieron el secretario del Ayuntamiento maderense Juan Antonio Ortega Ju\u00e1rez en representaci\u00f3n del alcalde Adri\u00e1n Oseguera Kernion, el Secretario de Servicios P\u00fablicos del Ayuntamiento Zamir Shahin Zamudio, el presb\u00edtero Pedro Reyes Mart\u00ednez e integrantes del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo del Sindicato.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Durante su intervenci\u00f3n el delegado de Limpieza, Roberto Estrada, destac\u00f3 el trabajo del se\u00f1or Andr\u00e9s Portillo en la conformaci\u00f3n del Sindicato que comenz\u00f3 en este Departamento, haciendo alusi\u00f3n a una de sus frases \u201camor con amor se paga\u201d.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s se llev\u00f3 a cabo la entrega de reconocimiento p\u00f3stumo por parte de Celso Rangel y Francisco Castillo, sin duda, uno de los momentos m\u00e1s emotivos, fue cuando los trabajadores durante un minuto hicieron sonar las campanas que utilizan en sus recorridos los recolectores de basura, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n cuando Celso Rangel interpret\u00f3 un corrido que le hizo al se\u00f1or Andr\u00e9s Portillo.<\/p>\n

Por su parte el Secretario General del SUTSHA Lic.
