Integrantes del colegio de Notarios del estado de Tamaulipas, encabezaron un ciclo de conferencias, donde adem\u00e1s se busca fortalecer la cultura del testamento en la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n

De esta manera se pretende que la ciudadan\u00eda recurra a la disposici\u00f3n testamentaria, misma que surte efectos despu\u00e9s de su fallecimiento.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Porfirio Pacheco san Rom\u00e1n, titular de la notar\u00eda p\u00fablica 313 de Tampico, dijo que durante esta pandemia han tenido casos de covid; sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n tienen conocimiento de casos de personas que han fallecido y no han dejado ninguna disposici\u00f3n testamentaria y es ah\u00ed donde se complica la situaci\u00f3n para los familiares, cre\u00e1ndose conflictos entre los hijos.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

“Cada vez m\u00e1s la ciudan\u00eda tiene la cultura de acudir a realizar su testamento, muchos esperan el mes de septiembre para aprovechar los descuentos y realizar los tr\u00e1mites de su testamento\u201d, dijo.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
