Madero, Tamaulipas.- Tentativa de feminicidio es el delito que busca imputar la defensa legal de Liliana Elizabeth, la mujer agredida por el hijo de un regidor maderense. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Nury Romero Santiago, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en la carpeta de\u00a0 investigaci\u00f3n se dio a conocer que la v\u00edctima fue presuntamente agredida por Alexis Ivan &#8220;N&#8221;, aparentemente por defender a su ex suegro. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Expuso que en la indagatoria de la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de Ciudad Madero, Liliana Elizabeth, dijo que dichos acontecimientos ocurrieron en la casa del regidor, ubicado en la colonia Ignacio Zaragoza. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;La v\u00edctima fue agredida por decirle a uno de sus agresores que no agrediera a su padre, por pedir que no lo agredieran se fueron en contra de ellas a golpes, ella si pudo pedir que no agredieran al se\u00f1or regidor cuando \u00e9l no movi\u00f3 ni un solo dedo para que a ella no la agredieran&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mencion\u00f3 que la denuncia fue interpuesta contra cuatro personas por el delito de tentativa de feminicidio, en la que se se\u00f1alan a los ex suegros de Liliana, ambos regidores electos de la pr\u00f3xima administraci\u00f3n de Ciudad Madero.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Romero Santiago, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que de acuerdo al Art\u00edculo 337 BIS del C\u00f3digo Penal de Tamaulipas, los involucrados pueden alcanzar una pena de Entre 40 y 50 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cabe se\u00f1alar que hasta el momento, a casi un mes de la agresi\u00f3n, la afectada no ha visto a sus hijos quienes presuntamente se encuentran en el domicilio de su padre.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
